judging from these reviews i can see you guys have had a much unpleasant experience.. but for me this store is perfectly fine, don't know what you guys have expierenced though
This particular 711 location has become the most undesirable one in town. Theres complete lack of customer service, most of the time I go I dont even get spoken to by the cashiers (not even a hello which is literally the bare minimum of customer service)But my largest concern is they dont make customers wear masks, even when serving food. They allow customers in the store without masks, despite the province wide mandate which makes me not want to shop there really ever. Ive been going to this 711 since I was a toddler and its always been amazing but in the last 6 months its gone downhill to the point i drive to the further locations even though this one is within walking distance of where I live. You guys really need to get this place under control because this locations already lost a decent amount of its local customers purley from how its being ran. Not just myself either, there are tons of people who dont go there anymore because the enviornment is unsafe and honestly unwelcoming.
This place honestly is one of the worst 7-11 locations the staff are rude, unfriendly and can’t even be bothered to attempt to wear masks. Popped in here just after 1am on Nov 20th and the woman working wasn’t wearing a mask. Despite the province’s mandate. Grabbed a 3 monsters for myself and went to pay. Was told these were 2 for $5 and I needed to get another. Despite them being 3 for $6.50 for 7-11 rewards members. I was never asked for my number or card for by the woman working. I had to insist on my card being scanned just to get my discount.

Judging from the responses of the so called " Managment " to all these negative reviews, I see that I my grievance wont be taken seriously. That being said, I'll say my peace regardless....one of your employees has now twice overcharged and tried scamming an extra $2 here and there, It wasn't just my experience, I've known others who've experienced the same , if you're going to allow your employee( s) to charge and extra $2 for a product i come in weekly to purchase and think we , the patrons are going to let you get away with your gross mis Managment !!! You are sorely mistaken, you've lost a customer, I will never go back .
Never clean their espresso machine. we come everyday and it is never cleaned proper and today it wasn't work at all
Waited for 20 minutes, called numerous times, 3-4 customers also came around the same time, doors still locked and noone around. Not the first time this has happened, while I understand someone may need to use the washroom while working, shouldn't take that long.
They used to sell postage stamps but no more, heated foods are just okay..
This location will force you to buy their chicken sandwich lol whether you're there to grab a snack or buy some gas, the staff will coerce you into buying or trying their chicken sandwich. Please stop, its rude! There is always a line up at this location which is also not covid friendly.
