Nice establishment and friendly staff, our waitress was nice and friendly. The food...was not good. Crispy chicken and fries came with one small piece of chicken that looked like a jumbo chicken nugget. Wings were overcooked, dry, and bland (we ordered two types of wings). Overall, food really disappointing. Maybe some other options were better than the wings, but you know....when your name is Wings, they should probably be pretty good.
One of the worst customers service we waited over an hour for our food. When we waved at our waiter she rolled her eyes. And walked away. The waiters never took away our garage or even topped our waters and there wasn’t even busy. Our food was cold And 25$ wasted . The people beside us also never got their after an hour. Told them the food was cold respectfully and they tired to dismiss it victimizing them selves. And the waiter absolutely atrocious and only saw her once out of the whole hour. The waiters used to be so much more respectful and actually was attentive. I wish the manager listened to us and not belittle us because we younger then everyone there.
I’ve been to wings quite a few times both take out and dine in. What I witnessed tonight was unacceptable. I had dinner with five friends of mine to celebrate a birthday and graduation. The restaurant is half full which is not surprising considering the level of service. After taking a look at the menu we decided to get the platter which is three appetizers. It took around 25-30 minutes just to get that. We ordered our main course very soon after getting our appetizer. We would have ordered earlier but the waiter did not come to check on us. A different employee delivered all our food. Our main waiter checked on us maybe once or twice in the hour and twenty + minutes we were there. I got no refill on water and I was getting really thirsty throughout my main course. Four of the people order hat tricks. The wings in the Hatricks were cold. We debated asking for it to be redone but we didn’t really want to complain. Not to mention the waiter was absent in everything. We finally were able to flag down a waiter (not our waiter) and she talked to our waiter. We saw the conversation happen between the two waiters and we saw our waiter laughing. Next thing we know the manager came out and said because we were served the food five minutes ago that he wouldn’t do anything about it. The only reason it took so long to get a waiter is because nobody came to check on us, refill water or anything. We asked for to go boxes and left. This was almost a $200 order and would have been a lot more if we had gotten some decent service. Everything took wayyyy to long to come out for a less than half full menu.What happened to the customer is always right? I will not be going back. The food and service would have been better if I was to get it delivered.
The place is dark, clean but a little seedy, cheap wings on Sundays, I couldn't ask for more. I went in at 11 on Sunday about 3 weeks ago and tree barflys were already there.Quick service, decent pricing, good variety, not bad at all.
Went on Thursday evening. Check your bill!!!Food was well overpriced, what a disappointment. Any fast food burger is much better, tasteless and cheap done.They don't serve any veggies as sidedish nor quality ingredients. Everyone in our group was very upset.On top a very unprofessional waitress who charged us 18% on the bill without asking.Definitely a no return for all of us
They are well known for one of the best restaurants for chicken wings.Good promo pricing on Sundays for a family outing. Always a good experience eating here. Staff are nice and friendly.
Had a very wonderful time tonight at Wings Langley. Our sever was Ashley, and she was absolutely amazing! Super outgoing and friendly! Even stopped by at our table later during our meal and really connected with us! She gave plenty of recommendations for food and encouraged us to come back for wings on Wednesdays and Sundays! The playlist of music for that day was also awesome! They were playing all 2000s throwbacks and it was just overall a very great experience. The food was also super yummy!
I have gone to Wings in Langley a few times now and always have received excellent service and great food. I always get the Buffalo wings and they have been great every time. Today I also got a chicken sandwich and was very happy to find that Wings is not only for wings!!! The food came very quickly and the staff was always around without being in your face.
My sister is visiting from out of town and she was craving wings so we decided to come to the langley location and we are so happy that we did!!! First of all our server Amy was so sweet and super attentive!!! thank you for making our night here awesome. Second, the music that they were playing tonight was awesome!! Usually it's radio music but it sounded like one of the staff plugged their music in and it was a nice change! And of course the wings always hit the spot. Awesome awesome.
