Have not been here for a couple of years, very surprised by the mediocre dining experience tonight. Walked in and the place smelled of burnt toast, with smoke still in the air. Had to mop up dried ketchup from the least dirty booth so we could sit down. Food wasbad: cold over salted fries, rubbery burgers, all for about $90 to feed us and our three kids. Zero taste, zero atmosphere I and zero value - I guess that's the new triple o . Will not be back, and judging by the empty dining room we are not alone.Very disappointed.
Absolutely disgusting just spent 25$ on a meal to have to throw it out after a bite, burger exploded everywhere must of had half a bottle of barbecue sauce on it. I held it up for a minute while it streamed grease out like a faucet, All the tables were dirty floor was greasy, the blonde girl in the front was extremely rude and to top it off my milkshake tasted sour not happy. Never coming back
People dont know how to prioritize the order of the customers. No coordination what has been made and what needs to be done. Waited so long for my order.
Had a terrible experience. I ask the person if they could do a plain cheese burger with lettuce and onions she said yes, charged me $10 bucks for it and I was like that’s bit much for a plain cheese burger but I had a short break from work so I had no time to argue. They gave me and bacon and cheese burger instead and said that they put meat in their cheese burger.than what was the point for asking for a plain cheese burger. For somebody like me who does not eat meat if was a total wastage of time and money. I left from their. They did not even offer a refund. As it was the staffs mistake.
Food and service both excellent, place could have been cleaner.Three booths in front of the counter, all needed a whip down.
In general, triple o’s is good. This one needs to up its game. We’ve had sub-par food here more than once. The floors are greasy, things just seem dirty.
This location is good. I had a garden burger last time and it was really good. Fresh veggies on it ... yummmm.
Triple O's is my favorite fast food. This location is great. Very consistent, they never mess up the order and have the best staff. Just wish they were more locations
Heard lots of good things about these burgers and the bacon cheddar lived up to its reputation. Nice, friendly service. Will definitely have one again when the craving hits.
