I used to go every morning here until I couldn't handle them always messing up the order or not actually paying attention when I give my order at the window. I order a tea and I almost always get a coffee instead. Just disappointed.
Very very slow service!! I am shocked how they can't even run one line and help inside customers!!! bunch of young girls that have not been trained properly and speak punjabi all the time.. makes me feel like i'm not welcomed !! the delivery orders are never ready and customers always complain on me instead of timmys!!! I wish there was zero star ratings!!!
Would like to see more help for the customers walking in. One sales person isn't enough.
They always get your order wrong or give you someone else’s. They’re rude and do not care about customer service. They have two order boxes but only 1 is ever open. Yet again today I have to pour out my drink as it is wrong and o cannot drink it.
Asked for Hashbrown in the vegetarian wrap but the order taker mentioned that she can’t serve hashbrown because it’s only for breakfast. On Tims App it’s mentioned that they will be serving breakfast from 11 am - 10 pm. I was very disappointed with the service.
Worst drive through to go through. They constantly make you wait at the menu sign instead of using the drivethrough lane properly. On a slow day ive waited 10 min where you order.
Good location, bit slow but food was hot and correct
I think I have another review of a Tim Horton's. But the sad fact is, you can take that review, copy and paste it on any Tim Horton's and that would be either accurate or a step up from the reality. I only go because I got a gift card, and McDonald's is closed.
I just called and the lady in the phone said they were closed. Website says 10pm. Then she said they were open until 8pm. I mentioned their drive through had pylons stopping cars from being able to drive through. She then tries to say they just don’t have any food.This is just lazy. Lazy worker who doesn’t want to work for her money.
Worst tim hortons ever i waited for 15 minutes in drive-thru. Finally when i got my oder it was completely mess. Coffee was cold and my food oder was wrong and then again i waited for 10 minutes . Never coming here again worst experience here??
