Ordered two items and they got one wrong. Told them they got my order wrong and received a shrug and a mumbled "sorry" from the girl as she walked away. The other item, I waited 10 minutes before asking to find out that they forgot about it. Stood there for another 10 minutes to watch 4 employees attempt to make a bagel. It was a team effort, but they did it. This was probably the slowest, most incompetent, and dirtiest Tim Horton's I've been in. Terrible.
I like the relaxed space. I mostly meet my loved ones here. Tim Hortons Black Coffee is love. Iced caps are also good in summer.
Got a cilantro lime chicken and they gave me the wrong one (I’ve had it before, it’s bigger and has rice and beans in it). Came back and they said “yeah no it’s the right one” (not exact quote). Didn’t want to argue because I have places to be.
Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes, as we placed our order they asked us to wait so they "can check to see if they have that item"Proceeded to just take someone else's order (could hear her on the drive thru screen next to us) that really sucked.2 stars just for having a breakaway lane if you want to leave (which you will)
Probably best to avoid this place completely. Ordered a coffee and got a tea, and they didn't even want to give me the other items. When the drive thru has a prerecorded message, you know there are going to be problems.
The employees at this location are extremely rude. I ordered breakfast for my family and went I pulled up to the drive thru window to collect my order, the employee shoved everything into my face and told me to hurry up and get out of the drive thru. It's happened a few times before; they have also missed items and I don't get to know until I get home because they rush you to leave and don't let me check that I have everything. One time they actually dropped my order outside of the drive thru window because they didn't hand it to me properly. I get that they have a clock and times to beat in the drive thru (I used to be a Tim Horton's employee at another location for many years so I know how it works) but the customer service is appalling! I didn't even have the last drink in my hand and the employee told me to hurry up! Customer service should always be more important than speed, especially for a restaurant chain that is supposed to be a symbol of Canada and Canadian values (be polite and don't tell me to hurry up when I don't even have my order in my hand!!!!!!)
Went through drive-through at 10:15pm May 20th. Ordered a strawberry creamy chill and was given a cup with strawberry juice and ice. Definitely a waste of money for what I got. At least they gave me the right donut
Drive thru wait times are ridiculous. I don't get it they have so much staff working inside. I literally waited 30 mins to get a coffee. Unacceptable.
Farmers wrap with no hash brown, wrong donut, but it also looked like there was just the one employee working at 5am. Based off the other reviews this location needs some work
