5 stars for the roast beef craveable sandwiches only. It's the only thing I enjoy from the entire menu. Bagels,coffee and donuts have all declined in quality since the sale of tim hortons to Americans
Some menus missing always and all donuts are either not available or not fresh enough.. long wait for delivery orders, parking is okay.. staff don't communicate enough to stay organized.. inside looks clean but not my fav Timmys location!
I normally go here because it's close to work and the line-up isn't too bad. But this morning, I made an order I just have to share.I ordered the new steak and egg on a biscuit, gave a pause to let them enter it into their system. Then added a muffin, pause again. Then said "I'll get an extra large steeped tea....." pausing so I don't overload them with too much. The girl on the other end responds "black? " to which I reply "no! With 2 cream and 2 honey. " she says ok and says I can roll forward. I get my order, and it's not until I get to work that I realize they have my a steeped tea, BLACK!Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want their job. But come on! I'm doing my best to make it easier on you, and you still screw it up! Not happy at all.

Got 4 cups of coffee, all same yet one of them was pretty much water. The taste of the other 3 were sub-par.
I asked for a B.E.L.T, what I was given had a Sausage patty but no bacon. (Drive-through)I went in to exchange and the true retardation came out of their employee, the girl said "You have to specify you want bacon in it."I replied I asked for a B.E.L.T not a S.A.L.T .. what do you think the B stands for... BACON
