One of the most, worst tim horton in all around canada.I was on the drive thru, no one taking my order , I had to wait all 5mins long, one I went to the window,Staff lady, was wearing earpods, might chatting on important call at duty time, just ignored me
I go to this one every Sunday morning,and every time the same young girl and she is the rudest human being I have ever had to deal with. This was my last time going to this one… so.. if you want to be made like you have just inconvenienced someone go here on Sunday morning’s.
Doughnuts look sad. Hardly any icing and terrible service. Always sold out of multiple items. The location on 88 Ave in langley is terrible
Absolutely filthy. The windows haven’t been cleaned for a long long time. Can’t see out of them. Floors not swept, tables dirty, and not busy. Not sure why they can’t clean when there are no customers. Cleaned our own table with sanitizing gel and napkins. Won’t be going back to this location. ?
Asked for a large double double got a medium. I thought okay I'll enjoy my 2 farmers wraps that ended up only being half full no wonder it took 2 minutes to make them and yeah those 2 girls working there should not be the only 2 working there although I don't mind the undercooked hash browns kinds tastes like wedge fries lol.
15+ times going here they haven’t gotten it right once, 100% recommend if your goal is to pay for something and not receive it or get something totally different :)
For real this is the 3rd time i have ordered a london fog and its half full with just foam you guys are a coffee shop learn how to make a flipping drink
Everyday its the same deal, either they don't listen or they don't understand English. Been going here for almost two years now and everytime I ask for something without something on it, and there it is., lazy service and poor customer coumincation skills
Cleaning Standards are veriiiiiii low. Food and drinks are good. The washrooms, Oh my gosh!!! The main reason why I am writing this review, I don't know if it's part of tim hortons or 7 eleven. But it seems like nobody ever cleaned them. No toilet paper or the baby's changing station didn't have any paper , seats were looking disgusting. Fortunately, I just went there to wash my hands. I was horrified by the thought who would forcefully had to use them due to emergency.It's my request PLEASEEEEÈEEE clean them. It's not safe as well, could lead to various kind of bacterial infections.
