Please ask your team to wear proper hair nets. You know what I mean to say.July 14th 2022, drive through order, jalepeno bagel, 2:20PM.

Absoutely Filthy! Met my Daughter for a refreshment and went inside for a change instead of standing at our cars. Two young women serving. They were very attentive and nice. I ordered a Lemon ice tea off their menu and a fruit explosion muffin. My Daughter had an Iced Cap. The Lemon Tea menu special was 3/4 full. I didn't like how the clerk reached down to a non visible source to get something for the tea.At the same I observed a filthy mess behind the counter. Cups on the floor, the floor needed mopping. The back counter was untidy.Obviouly lacking enough staff to maintain cleanliness. I usually go through a drive through and don't see inside. I won't return to this dirty location.We proceeded to find a table. Every single table was dirty with smears of food and crumbs, obviously never wiped clean after the previous customers. We sat at a table with bench seating, one bench seat was filthy brown looking and had been slashed by a knife. I was mortified by this point but my Daughter said let's just sit. We sat down and made the best of it to enjoy a rare visit with both our lives extremely busy.The muffin was very dry and any trace of fruit was non existant. The Lemon ice tea was nice and my Daughters cap was fine.This is absolutely unacceptable. The Owners of this location need to get on their own hands and knees, clean the floors, counters and tables after ever customer. They also need to clean and repair the slashed bench seat. Not at all what I expect at a Tim Hortons. My Daughter and I did have a good visit, we didn't let it ruin our visit, dispute the situation.

They had great staff up to a month of so ago. Now they are slow and have a line up. I usually get the same thing but there muffins are usually not fresh. The staff are rude and seem to be lost. More than once i have gotten the wrong drink. Bring back the original staff

The quality of food has drastically declined at this location lately. Food is always cold, and apparently they do a quarter of cream cheese now-a-days. I wish I would have known that I need my own cream cheese to have my bagel actually covered evenly! So much for ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’!

I order an ice coffee and 10 chocolate timbits through the drive through… when I received them my ice coffee wasn’t even full and my chocolate donuts weren’t even chocolate. When I went inside to get my chocolate timbits I had to speak with 3 different people before someone even got them for me. Not only was it bad serves, but it was also bad quality.

Editing my initial review to a 3. Sandwiches are poorly made here. I asked for a BLT today, the bun was not toasted, the bacon was cold and there was a splattering of mayo in one spot. If you want customers to come back, make sure you are taking the extra time to properly make the sandwiches. /weekend service is the worst here. I only come for the convenience and continue to be thoroughly disappointed

I hope the management of this location have a word with the staffs. You can’t run a business with staffs so rude and careless. I understand it’s a tough job and the pay may not be great but all one is asking is just be respectful as a human… It’s my sixth time at this location and they have been consistently rude at all times. Never going back!

The worst location. Ordered assorted donuts and got half of it chocolate. Employees are rude. Service is bad. Stay away from here.Steep tea double double taste like watered down tea.

Not my preferred Tim Horton's. They focus nearly all of their attention to drive thru, so the inside service is lacking.

It was ok but they didn't filly cook my bacon and there was no Chipotle mayo
