The service here was decent and I was pleased with the dark roast coffee Tim's is serving up. It does seem like the majority of the resources that any of the fast food places has are being used to serve the drive-thru window. Thus you tend to wait around a bit before someone finally gets to you.
This location is terrible! All they care about it the drive thru. While the people who stop and take the time to come in just stand there. Then what’s worse is you see the staff just talking to each other and when more people line up rather then help the go to the back to talk more. The customers who take the time come in are just as Important as the customers in the drive thru!
Fed up of this location, worst customer serviceAnd worst experience so far. Never got the potato wedges at this location. Nothing available during night from menu option other than drinks. What fun of displaying it overnight if you dont have it available…..No comments on behavior of staff,….
I arrived at 3:30 in the morning trying to order coffee and a donut, they refused me citing the lack of goods, although a full shelf was visible through the window.
I order chicken wrap . But the person didn’t add any sauce in wrap . Such a rude people working at tim Hortons.
A nice Timmies and a really nice outdoor sitting area. Staff on graveyard shift have a good attitude. I drive out of my way past other Timmies because of the good customer service which is lacking at most of them now.
Pathetic services, very careless staff always yelling and talking with each other, this is the third time I received wrong order. Either they don't train their people well or they are ignorant that they can't even hear the order and just process it.Last month I gave 7 drinks order on drive through and they forgot 2 drinks. 1 coffee and one colaThey should change the manager and train new hire well.
Had to repeat order four five times the person kept reversing three cream two sugar into two cream three sugar if that's not bad enough the menu is so bright couldn't drive for 10 minutes after stopping there if it's night time it should be turned down to a tolerable level so it doesn't wreck your eyesight couldn't even look at the menu went from a daily customer to a probably never again customer all because of the new menu
In store orders are OK but the drive-through service is hit-and-miss a number of times when I ordered something it's wrong
I realize this is not a decision made at the store level but being a Franchise means certain things and store owners needs to pushback on Corporate. I was a regular and will never do business here again after I heard about Tim Horton's refusing service to truckers on convoy.
