This is the worst tim hortons i have ever been to the only reason i come here is because its the only one close enough to work. Slowest service, several times i have come and asked for food they told me they were no longer serving food. And its only 4:30!! Food service seems to have been better as of late, but today i got a ice cap with ALMOND milk as im allergic to dairy and i could clearly see as they were serving it to me it was not almond milk and she said yea no it is. Not impressed, they also tried giving me a ice cap with chocolate milk before.
Lady who took our order was very sweet and adorable and the hot chocolate was delicious, food was okay but got our order wrong. Service was fast. Definitely recommend.
Literally ordered a BLT( bacon, Lettuce, Tomato!!) and received sausage in it I just want to know how the heck you get sausage from bacon the first letters are completely different. If my kids can have listening ears so can you.
Worst Tim Hortons experience! I wanted the Biebs Brew, they didn’t have it. I ordered an iced coffee and a buffalo chicken wrap. I got a hot coffee and breaded chicken wrap, no sauce. They didn’t replace the coffee, said we were wrong in our order. The wrap was gross, so dry.
Drive thru manager or whosever was claiming to be manager, she started arguing with us just because we asked tim bits to be warmed up. A polite no would have gone a long way rather then a full on rant.
I usually refrain from giving low ratings but this one is a special one. This has got to be the slowest and most incompetent Tim Hortons I have ever come across. I see other drive thrus with like 10 cars and im in and out of the drive thru in 10 mins or less. But at this Tims, you might as well take a power nap while waiting for your order. They often mess up my orders and at times I find going to the Mcdonalds opposite this Tims to be more convenient. It doesnt end there, you might think the drive thru is packed and want to walk in. Sure, by all means go ahead, cause you'll have to wait as much as the drive thru if not more.
I don't want to give even one star to this tim hortons. Customer service is very poor. Also they don't know how to talk with customers. Friday morning the cashier lady and person on sandwich really need manners badly. They give wrong sandwich and when i went back for right one , she replied you didn'T speak lound. And they didn't give us new sandwich they just correct the old one. So if you don't want to waste time and money please don't go to this tim hortons.
They would have gotten 5stars ,however going inside the service is that of a snail's pace slow and inattentive however the drive thru gets all the attention which in my opinion is wrong when a customer takes their time to come into your establishment which is beneficial to the environment apposed to letting their cars idle in theDrive thru those customers should get premium service and prices,!!!
By far the worst. We've given this location far to many chances. My husband ordered me a mocha and two farmers breakfast wraps AND a donut. He asked FIVE Times for his donut only to have the lad ignore him everytime. The wraps were missing half the items and the sausage inside was ripped apart on both. It was not what we ordered. I let my mocha cool down and just took a sip only it's HOT WATER!!! Worst service ever. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Thanks for wasting our time and money. Now I'm angry and I have NO coffee ?
When you have to go to the Macdonalds instead of Tim Hortons for doughnuts, it's a bad day. That means every day is a bad day at this time Hortons. I (try) to go here at least once a week right after work, only a handful of times have they ever had more than one or two options for doughnuts, and usually bad options too.If you want doughnuts, don't waste your time here.
