absolute worst service in the drive-through. They scramble and talk over each other on the intercom, burn your bagel, and don’t care about anything other than going fast
Very little attention to detail and an incredible lack of care at this Tim Hortons. Our order was very simple:Two classic BELT meals, add habanero sauce to each BELT.They forgot the egg for both sandwiches, forgot the sauce on one of them, and only gave us one hash brown. This maybe would have made sense if they were in a major rush, but there were barely any customers there. The order still took about 15 minutes.
I was told I could not purchase 3 gift cards in the drive thru. I thought it was weird since I have done more cards before. I choose to get 2 and asked if I could do another transation for the 3rd. I was told no (with an massive eyeroll) and that they have a timer for each car and it would ruin their time. There was NO ONE behind me. She made me drive back around to get another card. I was furious. I have worked for Starbucks and we never would have done this. The girl was on a power trip. What if someone had ordered $50 worth of food... would they tell them to go inside instead?! The entire experience makes me not want to ever go back again.
Clowns debit machine is down and rather than put a sine up before you get into the drive through they put one up after your already trapped in it because thinking is apparently hard for there employees smh
People woking here needs major training.Burnt bread . Wrong size. Missing items.
This location is amazing to get order very quick, everything available whenever need.
