This tim hortans is offering free paper as an ingredient in the sandwich. The employees have zero sense to deal with customers. It seems they are frustrated with their job. This is 4th time in a row that i ordered and paid for food and beverage but ended up receiving something else .You guys need new staff/individuals who want to work with bit more zeal and enthusiasm.

Friendly staff, quick service, great consistency with my daily order. Couldn't ask for more ? I would highly recommend this location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome Location! Great Service! I loved my experience here, the doughnuts are always fresh and the chicken sandwiches always come with a nice crisp.

The drive thru cashier was super rude , did not put on the lid properly and spilled all over my lap , and asked what is taking us so long, then I pulled the cap out and showed it to her. And she rolled her eyes and said just go and said next order please.We just pulled out around 1:45 pm March 19th Saturday.That is not how customer service should be. I was never like that when I worked in Drive-thru A&W before so might as well teach or re-train your staff properly. Show some respect to the customers we are the one paying and we deserve to be treated well .She just ruined our afternoon! Never go to this drive thru if u don’t want to ruin your day!

TH location was clean and staff was no overly friendly. Had to wait 2 minutes to be served at counter - yet they were not busy. Ordered large coffee and snack and after about 20 minutes, I had to use the washroom facilities, When I asked the girl to open the door ( remote) she said the washroom was closed for cleaning. I asked if I could use the other ( M/F) handicap or F she said they were all closed for cleaning. Yet yellow cleaning tape was across only one door ( M/F handicap, Given the urgency, we left in a hurry and fortunately found a nearby location. IF YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION, PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE WASHROOMS ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE ORDERING. Otherwise you may have an embarrassing moment. Personally, not going back to this location.

When i get the delivered we know that one item missing. So, i called Them they said “ still here if you need come to store. didn’t say “sorry” and “We can not second delivery”I Can't understand how to deal with customers.

The only reason for my rating is that I tried to charge up my cell phone on 3 different outlets and all didn't work. And when I asked one of the workers if any of the cell phone charging stations work she insisted that they all do and I tried to explain that I tried three and all three did not work but she still interested that all the outlets and charging stations are operational and working. So I wasn't able to enjoy playing my games on my cell like I enjoy doing while having my coffee when I visit Timmy's.

Ignore front end customers and I don't understand why only that they must be very short staffed because all the employees they do have working are busy doing something else. I stood in line for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. No kidding !

Hit and miss with any Tim Hortons nowadays. When you go through drive thru insist to get your receipt. I ended up paying for someone else's meal.

I was in there on Sunday boxing day. Getting a hot chocolate and some Biebs bites. The lady working served me my stuff with blood are over her fingers This is such a huge health violation if I've ever seen one. If u have a cut don't serve people. Stop and bandage yourself up. I refused my hot chocolate and doughnuts. U need to start training people better Tim Hortons. I will not be going back to this location.
