Sat in line for 15 min - longest line in a long time. Got my sandwich wrong and donut wrong. No apology or reasons given. I will go to another and not come back here.
Why is there only one employee stuck working the front and drive thru on a Sunday? I was annoyed at how slow the drive thru was then saw that. Management needs to hire more people / have more people working. Stop being cheap.
the workers are terrible. i was waiting in line for 10 minutes before they took my order. everything was made poorly and slowly. i asked for wedges and they said there was none. i asked for the reason and their claim was closing time was soon. It was 7:45pm and they closed at 9:30. not only that they actually close at 10pm. Additionally, apparently another reason they couldn’t make it was because their “wedge maker” wasn’t in at that time. How is that a thing. I know the wedges are taken out of a packaged bag and fried in oil. they didn’t prepare my order until i got up to check on the order. overall terrible experience. On top of everything there was only two workers who have to manage the drive thru and the in person orders. Would never go again. All the workers were inconsiderate and lazy.
I came to this place twice and they made me wait 15 minutes just to make an orders because no body on cashier helping costmars .. I don’t know where is the ladies hiding .. worst management i have ever ever seen
Be nice if they could get the orders right I'm not worried about rushing you through the drive-through to get the next customer maybe take a little time and make sure the orders are right
At 11pm I spent 25 minutes in line. With 3 cars ahead of me. I moved up one car.Invariably, this franchisee should be forced to sell their business. Notoriously understaffed. They somehow think the recorded message asking for patience excuses sub standard service. Tim Horton’s you must do something! This is by far one of the worst locations in the lower mainland. My work involves me being on the road regularly and this is the worst I have experienced .I understand why so many would blame the workers but they are understaffed and undertrained.Inevitably the franchor has to hold the franchisee accountable.
How many times can you repeat a order through the drive through to STILL get it wrong??!! We did 4x, And still they couldn't get a tea order correct.... Get a grip people, it's like this at every Tim Hortons EVERYWHERE, have some people that can comprehend 10% of the English language before taking a job. Infuriating
Staff is not friendly, serves the purpose of get my coffe and other snack but if i can go to another location i prefer to do it
Young lady at this store was very petty when I told her she got my order for an old fashioned plain donut wrong. Instead of excusing herself she says "that's why I asked, glazed or plain..then walks off to the back of house .. I had to double back to the display and check if they changed the names of these to a glazed old fashioned.Im sure the management of this establishment do their best . But staff like this are hurting your business.Time stamp. Thursday, March 24. 17;05 hrs.Someone needs to be checked.
Few days in a row now, they charge us for Americano and give regular coffee.The person who seems to be the manager is rude to customers and her fellow workers.
