They rip you off on your soup or chilli order. Corperate policy says you get a whole bunch with the order this location gives you a half bun or charges you extra for a whole bun.
They overgrilled my wrap today.I took it back to them, they changed to a correctly grilled one.All god, but not great.
Stopped for a Coffee and decided to sit inside.It was unbearably hot inside and uncomfortable to sit and stay so went outside.The tables inside were worn and the chairs looked like they had seen better days.I feel bad for the staff having to work in that heat it was bad just sitting there I cannot imagine working in it..On the positive side staff was pleasant and friendly and the coffee was great.
This location has the worst service of all time! The guy taking our order at the drive through interrupted us multiple times and forgot several items at the window. Not to mention all the other rude interactions I have had at this location. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
Absolute waste of time. AVOID this location like COVID if you can. This location is the epitome of worst service/product you can recieve. They will take your money before telling you they do not have what you have ordered, then make you come back in to get the refund... If I could do 0 (zero) star rating I would.
Super fast drive thru. Even during peak times. Easy in / out of the premise. Best place for a quick hot bean water if you're in a rush.
Cashier tried to keep $8 change!! Went inside in the morning, lots of people in the drive-thru so all the staff were rushing around serving them, nobody paying attention to people at the till. Took 4 minutes to be acknowledged at the till. Ordered a coffee, paid with $10 bill, Cashier put the money in the till (till readout said $8 change due), THEN CASHIER CLOSED THE TILL AND WALKED AWAY to get the coffee. When she came back with the coffee, I HAD TO ASK for my change. You NEVER close the till without giving the customer their change first. I feel like she was trying to keep the $8.
April 5 2021I was in store grabbing a coffee. I watch a worker drop a stack of coffee lids on the ground. They were every where. She then picked them up off the floor. She then used the dirty coffee lids on the drive-thru coffees. I asked the lady don't you think those should go in the garbage. I left then threw my coffee in the garbage.I think I'm actually so disgusted I will call head office..!
This location needs a reno with all it's staff, they all run around without talking to eachother and preparing orders. Delivery with them takes too long so I just cancel and move on.
Good coffe 90% of the time. Some days is just and off day lol employees are nice at this location so I don't mind an off day.
