Sooo disappointed when I saw employees were struggling while handling a couple of customers. No one came out to supervise whether they’re serving right or wrong!!But team members were trying their best.
This place is amazing super clean and the staff was super nice they guided me through all the new drinks and they served me really fast and the donuts were superb I love this Tim Horton it is my favourite all on Bc.
Not bad, alright service.The food is fairly fresh and the coffee was ok
The service is extremely slow. During peak hours there should be 2 tills minimum running however every morning I go here there is a huge line up and only one till running even after I mention the fact. With this location being a mall staff comes here hoping for quick service before they start which is not the case
Timbits, fruit explosion and wild Berry muffins with coffee. Nothing beats the feeling. Good prices and special service combination. Can't beat the Tim experience.
The service is fast and staff is friendly & courteous. I’ve dealt with Normin a few times and he’s very good with his customer service, even though the nature of their business doesn’t allow for much time they can spend with a customer. Sometimes, I do see only 1 person taking orders and making people queue up on one side of the store, making it crowded. Overall, it’s good.
This location is fairly new, contemporary decor, and inside Willowbrook Mall, which includes an outside entrance. Small establishment with very limited seating, the seating available is always taken by the elder generation who sit for long periods of time. Remove the shelving and dividers to add extra seating. Tables left dirty and customers just sit down without having them cleaned. Coffee is always hot but need to ask for sleeves every time. Donuts fresh and quickness of service 8/10. I do recommend but remember you will have to grab and go find seating elsewhere.
Yeah staff seemed very upbeat happy to be there great service one of my favorite Tim hortons within BC
The lady who gave me the hot chocolate gave me some watery liquid which was not hot chocolate and when I returned it she did not even apologize and address my issue. She said she will change it and left. Made me feel like I am a burden to her. She was extremely rude and the nee hot chocolate she gave me was pathetic.Tim Hortons is least interested in delivering good quality coffee.
Waited 20 min for 2 wraps. They had to open it to see what wraps they were and stuck their hands in. Asked for new ones and still forgot to give me my timbits.
