Zero complaints here. All I know is food was great and I will be returning for the lunch special, the steak sandwich soon.
Went here for dinner and had a really good time. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was really good. I got the pot-pourri spaghetti and all three sauces were tasty, but the Mizithra cheese one was definitely the star.The best part was the prices, very good for what you get. I can’t wait to come back!
Prompt and good service. Food was good as usual. Complimentary sour dough bread was good with butter with herbs.
Good restaurant for families with kids. Very large dining space and good kids menu, and kids love having ice cream included in the menu. Pasta dishes are okay for the price, flavours are fairly generic. Portion size is average and I feel that it should be bigger. Based on our last experience, their service was quite slow and the kitchen did take quite a while considering only about a quarter of the restaurant occupied.

Happy to have received the same meal, pricing and service that we've come to expect from a meal here. I have returned for the Chicken Parmigana dinner at Spaghetti Factory for about 12 years. It's one of those places where my meal comes out at the same standard nearly every time I go. What else can I say, except I enjoy excellent consistency. Thank you!

Ordered the Chicken Parm and the New York Steak. The chicken parm was nicely seasoned and the NY steak cooked perfect. All come with a soup/salad, the dish with fries/pasta and ice cream/coffee. Well worth the price
Another excellent experience! We always enjoy the great food and service at Old Spaghetti Factory. As usual, we received top notch service again today from our server (Jaylene). Also, the spaghetti, bread, salad, coffee and spumoni ice cream were top notch as well. Highly recommend!.....A++++++
The newest old spaghetti factory I’ve been to. Food was good, and service was good. Lots of parking spots and no wait at all. We enjoyed our time. We will def come back.
