Made an online order totally wrong. Sent in complaint and wasn’t even offered a coupon for another one. Just a generic apology from franchise owner by email. No offer to do anything. Wasted $12 on a sub I had to throw out.

Always closes 20 minutes before they are supposed to close. Other than that it is one of the better subways in town
Ordered my sub online at 10:45am. No lettuce, extra spinach, and usual meat and veg. Pick up time 11:40. I showed up 11:39 thinking they probably make it way ahead of time anyway... They did not. She was finishing it as I walked in the door. It had the most spinach on it, in my 15years of ordering subs.. Usually I have to say more, more, a little more.. Very impressed. She deserves a raise.. I ordered my food online and I got it and it was a good sandwich but it was cheeseless. After the fact I asked for cheese, very disappointed.

I was impressed by the customer service of this Subway location! I ordered 7 different menu items by phone for pick up at a set time.Not only was the clerk friendly both on the phone and in person at pick up, but she also had my order ready early and was accurate with each specific item. Great price, yummy food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. I will go back:)
