Drive-thru was slow even though we were the only people there and when we got our sandwiches they were extremely light on all the toppings. Just go to the McDonald’s next door.
We are from out of town and this subway was in walking distance from our hotel. The guy that was working tonight around 630 on June 2 coughed near the food 2 times without covering his mouth and was wearing a mask around his chin. The First time he was cleaning the counter where they make the food the second time HE WAS MAKING A SANDWICH FOR A CUSTOMER!!!!So disgusting and definitely made us lose our appetite
Used the app to order a sandwich, they ignored it and continued to serve walk in customers for 25 minutes before I let them know I was upset about the service.They wished me a nice day, without any more regard.I will be exercising my dining options.The food was fine but the frustration was unacceptable.
Staff not trained to handle customer issues well, specially related to issues with the Subway App. I think they panicked and did not know how to respond. I was basically told that the promo/deal not pushing through in the order and cancelling it is not the branch's issue but the customer's issue with Subway itself. They did not really offer help but had to force them to help me somehow. Store manager did make a call when I asked for his name and submitted a complaint online, and was told that payment should have been automatically reversed already. They should have just done that to begin with.
Great quality, but very slow in the mornings... We were the only ones and it took over 15min to go through the drive thru...they opened at 7 so we went at 7:30 they had no meatballs and no avacado. Courteous staff but seemed a bit overwhelmed.
I would have give 0 if I had the option. One of the worse subways ever. Washroom was dirty as hell. They were out of so many items. Herb and garlic bread was out. Light mayo out, Avocado out. Etc etc out. They made the wrong sandwich. Only chit chatting behind the counter. Do not recommend. Probably a better management helps.
Chaotic and no organization. The staff were frazzled and rude and also not listening to what was being asked for the ingredients. They were bumping into eachother and working over eachother, dropping bottles of sauce and just a rude attitude and atmosphere.
This subway has way fast service; was getting late from work and went through the drive thru; the service was so quick and i hardly waited for my sandwich . Surely come next time
I went there couple days ago. There was line-up in the store and in the drive thru too and there was only one employee at that time. Bad management makes work hard for employees. This store is drive-thru and dine in. There should be two employees all the time what policies say. For one sandwich I waited there for about 15-20 minutes. Some customers waited and left without even their food. Really bad experience. Got 30 minutes break and spent 20 minutes there. Not worth it. I’ll never go there again.
Disappointing service….. sandwiches are made with no care or effort. Watching them make their own sub for dinner vs mine goes to show how little the employees care about the customers. I won’t be going to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.
