Nice service and very quick!

A barista named Carlos did such a phenomenal job making my chai tea latte sub oat milk, never had better. His demeanour was super friendly as well!

I was made a pumpkin spice cold brew by a young man in training whose name was Carlos and was impressed by how delicately he made it and took his time to make sure he made it right rather than rushing it. I really like his attention to detail.

I Ordered an iced matcha latte with soy milk and it was not at all like the previous ive had at Starbucks. I am so sure that the soy milk used was rancid. I drink soy milk everyday so i know what it should taste like, and the sour taste of the matcha drink made me want to gag. In addition, it was extremely bitter and seemed to lack the single pump of sugar syrup that is supposed to be included. The colour of the drink was also a fairly dark shade of green so that may explain the bitterness. There was no sticker attached to the cup so i could not be sure what all was in it. Overall the service was very unprofessional and the scanner they use to scan giftcards and points on the starbucks app was not working and so i had to pay with debit and lost the money i would have saved later on had I received those points. To make my experience worse, i had to wait about 30 minutes for my drink from the moment i told the barista what i wanted to the moment i received it. (I was the only customer waiting). I will not be returning to this Starbucks and may even take a lengthy break from the franchise in general until i get over this experience. Receiving rancid soy milk in a drink i had to pay over $5 for will take some time to forgive.

This location is horrible. Drinks are always wrong, but I decided to give it another try after a year of not visiting. I went to do a large order of 6 drinks today and she rolled her eyes at me when I told her the name for the first order. She then told me I could write the name on myself. She kept sighing after each order too. So rude. And my drink was wrong... again. Will not be back.

started going to the Starbucks kiosk inside the Safeway, as the mall location was shut down. Glad for this as it is my new favorite Starbucks. Too many people down and stressed over covid....but one of the Starbucks staff, name is Collin, is super. His attitude is refreshing and genuine. Super friendly and so sweet. Engaged is delightful conversation with him as he made my drink. I will only go back to this Starbucks....when you find a barista that you like...you keep them. Thank you Collin for being you!!

Found the barista serving us to be out of her element, Disenfranchised and plain rude, As the “customer service” provided was just terrible: not even greeted with a smile woman seemed crabby, annoyed that she had customers, as if she was irritated that we were there to place an order; was awful won’t ever go back to this Starbucks location. this occurred at noon on June 27, 2020. If you don’t like your job especially customer service facing then get out of Dodge! #QuitAlready

Chai Latte have tried some other places but end up back here,for my yummy Chai Latte

I tried the nitro cold brew for the first time. It was pretty good. I'll have it again. Refreshing!
