Typical Starbucks with a huge line up even with mobile orders
The barista was very rude today when we asked not to have the breakfast sandwiches heated up. She let us know that Starbucks has a policy to heat things up and we were fine with that. However then she used the F word loud enough for both of us to hear. I believe she needs a new job where she doesn't interact with people.
Very surly woman who seems to hate her job. Extremely unfriendly and rude. I'm no psychiatrist so I can't explain more. Starbucks should be more careful about who they hire to represent them. Most sandwiches are reasonable but have similar flavor. They are more expensive than the big fast food places but the quality seems better. I cannot recommend the Langley Cascades Casino location however because of the woman server. She probably wonders why she gets no tips.
The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Being a former barista myself I very must appreciate their hard work and focus. Even when I request a bit more soy or caramel syrup they have my back. Thank you for being polite and welcoming.
This by far is my favourite location, just enough sass to make it fun and the girls are so fast by the time you get to the end of the counter your drink/food is already there. Langleys little hidden gem of a coffee shop.

I really love this place! At $17 for all you can eat lunch it's an amazing deal! I love their food I love the friendly staff! Definitely a place to go.
The nicest Starbucks ever they have the nicest supervisor likevso nice and it’s so rare to see staff being treated right so what’s great is a great atmosphere because the staff love their job and have a great boss. By the way they serve really awesome pumpkin spice lattes.
Coffee tastes watered down at this location, seems they are not following the regular franchise way. Watered down coffee confirmed on numerous different occasions.
