Great atmosphere with plenty of seating. Outdoor seating as well with awning covers over seating areas. Great service.
Service is a hit or miss. Either you get orders on time and get what you wanted or your order is forgotten or is different. Same on consistency of coffee, some days good and some days bad.
This is a pretty standard Starbucks in terms of food/drink, but the staff are amazing! I am an average Starbucks enthusiast commuting into this developing business hub, so most Starbucks locations don't leave any impression. Yes, this one has long lines during rush hours, and probably deal with a lot of cranky customers as a result, but the staff are consistently lovely! They make me smile every time with their friendly, can-do attitudes ?
There is a bathroom here at this Starbucks, but be courteous and buy a drink if you use it. Staff are very kind and this is in a great location.
Hi Manager, your employee ‘Arvin’ charge Extra $ every time to make coffee extra hot. That is not a big amount but you lose your routine clients. I think he need more training.
Shocking mediocre drinks at high price points. Experienced good service though from the cashier. Confusing and chaotic parking too. Shocking how it gets a stream of business. People definitely aren't here for the drinks.
Everyone who works here are amazing. Super friendly, happy and helpful- just what we need in our lives! A smile and some friendly chat while we wait for our morning treats!smile ?
The baristas at this location are by far the best. Always friendly and chatty which I find rare these days. I’d come out of my way to go to this location!
Worst Starbucks in Langley. 3 times in a row now where I’ve done preorder before I leave my house 12 minutes away, none of it has been even started. No one working there seems to care either if you get your order in a timely fashion. I’ve never had this problem at any other Starbucks I go to.
Lack of seating and a small parking lot result in poor customer access and attendance. Get rid of the extra skip the dishes parking stalls to make room for dine-in customers. It's not an Earl's Kitchen that has skip delivery jumpers coming every half hour.
