This is the second Friday in a row where no one comes to the till to take your order. On top of that this is the SECOND time they put syrup in my iced coffee when I asked for none. NOT hard guys.Also with no line, it took 20 plus mins to get a quick drink that ended up being wrong.What a waste of time and money.

The cup had a glue on it or maybe not a clean cup. Nobody told me that my sandwich was ready and just put it there. This isn't what I expect from Starbucks.
Today was the second time that I ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich without egg for my son who is allergic to eggs. It arrived with a egg. This happened 1 time before and my complaint was denied.
It's Starbucks. It's consistent. Most of the time if I place an order I know that I can count on getting the same drink no matter where I go.Staff is well-trained and friendly. Love my free birthday drink!
