I went this location about a week ago. used drive-thru. somehow it was long line up. and I found out there was too many new starter at same working shift. I understand that it was weekday so shift supervisor may put many newbies as training. but it was too long for delay. and they made mistake on my drink. (no pumps. just shots, ices and caramel syrups on top. asked double blend. but ice wasn't blended at all. there was all half cubes on bottom) it was bitter. Avoid when you can see long line up for this location. you may get what you don't expected...
The same great service and drinks as is at all the Starbucks I have visited. Excellent service and friendly staff. Great sweets and other foods as well
Why are you reading this? We all know you want your non-fat oat milk triple espresso grande caramel macciato with an extra pump of caramel and chocolate drizzle instead of caramel, normal whip (cause why not, I don't even know why you ordered oat milk at this point), pecan crumble in a venti cup for Cayrull Megatron with a Y (who even births these people, or do they just appear from a nexus point somewhere?). Needs a better drive thru.
Sad ? My drink couldn't be made because they ran out of the iteam needed to make it and also we ordered and paid than got told there was no more ...was sad ! Not happy at all !!!!
Slow, impersonal service. Just like every other coffee shop or gas bar.Starbucks used to be about an experience, a personalized coffee with your name on the cup, made how you wanted… you felt like a somebody at Starbucks…now it’s just like getting a coffee at a 711 or a gas station, but with worse, less friendly service. I’ve had friendlier cashiers at Walmart than the friendliness of local baristas who are uptight and rude.
I don’t come to Starbucks often…but when I do it’s a nice treat. Today however I was VERY unimpressed!! Paid $5 for this! 1/4 of the drink is empty…… I went through the drive through and got to work (I work in the strip by the shoppers drug mart) and this is what I see. VERY disappointed!!
Customer service is good but drive thru line up takes forever, Tim.hortons moves quicker.... I will try going inside next time instead.
Every time I go here there's a long line-up so it takes forever. At least the order is usually correct.
What to say, it's Starbucks, great quality products, amazing variety, great customer service and amazing staff.
Always a blast seeing if I can catch them off gaurd or make them laugh hysterically, been successful few times now! Great bunch
