What is it with Starbucks??? 1/2 the stores refuse to serve coffee "for here" in ceramic cups. You aren't requiring me to wear a mask yet, no ceramic cups? So backwards, non-sensical and frankly LAZY. I've been told it is up to the area manager. Remember when Starbucks was supposed to be like an Italian coffee shop?

My husband and I visit this Starbucks almost every morning. We are always greeted in a friendly manner and the staff are wonderful. However, today left a very bad taste in our mouths when we visited thanks to the manager on duty this morning. We were there for opening on our way to work and when she came to unlock the door, she did not even say hello or acknowledge us. She basically shut the door in our face after unlocking it and then walked into the back room. We walked up to the counter to place our order and there was only one barista at the bar making drinks while the manager and other staff were yelling and laughing in the back. The barista had to go in the back and ask her manager to come out and take out order. When the manager came out to the till she never said "HI" or even looked at us and when another team member came out, she told her "You can do it" and walked away. The barista that took care of us after that was lovely as she always is. My husband and I work in customer service, and we know Starbucks as a company has high expectations. The manager that was on duty this morning needs to be taught what customer service is as she missed every mark. Not impressed.
Absolutely fabulous experience here! The two baristas, I think their names were Krista and Gianna, were so chipper and my pistachio latte was the best one I've probably ever had ?
Why is there no spots for people that ordered online to pick up at this location?There's never any free parking spots here so I have to drive around in circles everytime looking for one and then usually end up finding one that's no where close by which can be so frustrating for a pre-paid and premade drink I just have to run in and run out to grab.Everywhere else has reserved spots for run in and out pre-orders. Why not even 1 here. This seems nessecary in this location specifically since there is never any parking spaces avail.Please?

Worst service ever encountered. Loud atmosphere made it difficult to hear the Barista at the counter. I asked her to repeat what she said and she got annoyed after having to do so a few times. She turned around and muttered to other baristas and when I asked for a straw at the end the one who she talked to gave me a dirty look. Being a previous Starbucks supervisor myself for 2 years I would have never allowed this person to discuss customers like that at all. Unfortunately this is a chapters location perhaps they need to all go through proper training again.
