I ordered a Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea, normally I'm not much of a tea drinker but this was the absolute bomb. Ice wasn't overkill, wasn't overly sweet (for my taste at least), and the price for a large was fairly reasonable with how much you got. By the time my tea was done, there was still extra pearls which I absolutely loved. They were really quick with my order, waited maybe a total of 2 1/2 minutes. Honestly my new favourite place for bubble tea.
Got an $8 drink only for the coconut milk to taste expired and for it to become seperated within 15 minutes of receipt. Not the experience I’m used to at ShareTea. Tried to exchange for a new one (I had my receipt and original drink) and was told “no refund”. I was trying to exchange, not refund. But I certainly won’t ever buy from any ShareTea store ever again with that attitude and scammy service.EDIT: They were very quick about refunding me via e transfer within 24 hours of me posting this review. I moved my original rating from one star to three stars to reflect this service.
The milk tea is freshly made on site. The famous Okinawa Pearls milk tea is very good and I highly recommend it！！！

I have had 2 of the chocolate chip bubble teas. They are delicious and just the right size and sweetness. I don't want the chocolate chips, so they give me extra boba pearls instead. So yummy! Thank you, I'll be back!
Way too sweet even though I asked for half sweet. I had to dump most of it out as I couldn't stomach it. The boba were also a bit hard and clumped together.

Tell me why they sell gift cards again? I ordered 2 drinks and when I was about to use the gift card I had the cashier told me that they cant accept it. Asked why I couldn't use it, when it was purchased at that store, but the cashier just smiled and said "we just cant." What kind of marketing strategy is this? I would stay away from this store. They just make up ridiculous rules on the fly.
The girl working at cash here is horrible. BEWARE. ignored and gave attitude and made my drink wrong after i specified twice. This is the langley willowbrook location. I would highly recommend that the manager speaks to her and that she receives proper training in the future. It is very much necessary. If i could give zero stars i would.
