Waitress seemed ok, polite enough.Food was good, what I expect from Ricky's. Used the bathroom and saw cobwebs all over. Was shocked that they didn't clean walls and ceilings of this. It made me look at the restaurant more closely when I sat back down... there were cobwebs all over it kinda grossed me out a little. Made me wonder what the kitchen cleaning was like... ??
Pretty mid. Plastic plates. Waitresses have been nice. One time took over an hour to get Breakfast after ordering, and they cleaned my table (including taking my coffee) when I went to go to the bathroom while waiting by myself. Diner style breakfast fills you up, nothing too special about it, I mean I like it but nothing out of the ordinary. Cost is quite high ~$28 with basic tip for 1 person for standard breakfast.
utterly terrible service told the waitress what was wrong with the food and she just walked away quickly and did not return for the rest of my time there because another waitress helped by handing me the bill before i was done eating and she did not return as well. and another waitress or host came with the machine. the wait for the food took too long and was very disappointing since i had to rebuild my own burger with a flattened bun and so much lettuce to cover up for how bad the bacon was burnt and the cheese wasn’t even melted. like it was just a cold thick slice of cheddar on top i would recommend to go to the ricky’s on highway 10 in cloverdale because the service there has never disappointed me once longer than i can remember and the staff is super friendly there and they will always make sure you leave happyThanks for the bad food Ricky’s Murrayvile

Was here with my fiance and found our waitress to be rude. My fiance went to order for me (I had told him what I wanted). Our waitress took great offense to this and clearly let us know this. She would not make eye contact or smile until the very end of the meal. Our breakfasts took twice as long to come out as they should have. We asked about asked about it. MY breakfast was brought out immediately, my fiance's took another 7 minutes. So mine got cold waiting. Unacceptable.

Nice looking restaurant, but food is what you'd expect in a hospital cafeteria. We ordered a poutine and got fries with clumping gravy and melted cheddar cheese on top. French onion soup tasted acceptable but the bowl was too small for $10.29. Therefore the value is subpar. We will not be returning.
I was very disappointed to find only one single plant based option on the menu. When asked if I want cheese on my lettuce wrapped Veggie burger I replied no, I'm plant based. It came with Mayo on it, which was not listed on the menu. The Veggie patty itself was tasty though.Time to catch up with society Ricky's, and offer more plant based options. For your clients as well as for the environment!
This location of Ricky's is my Favourite! The service is always great! The seating is newer. And the food is always constantly well portioned and delicious! The chorizo bowl is my fav!
If you like rude waitresses and slow service with mostly microwavable food then here is your place. Waited 10 minutes watch servers walk past me . Then ask if I'd like to sit down . I reply I'd like too. And she says well just give me a minute we r short a.server. 5 tables have people . Really goes long does it take to seat a person then be rude.
