Standard red Robin, good service, vintage diner furniture and decor. If you don't like burgers they have chicken sandwiches that are also good! Bruschetta sandwich was awesome
Got the Cobb salad tonight….biggest mistake of my life. Id be better off getting a Safeway salad kit 3 days past expiration. This salad was disgusting. I had to throw it out. Soggy croutons, old lettuce (not crispy), gross tomatoes and the list continues. Extremely disappointing. Remember when Red Robin use to have good food and quality? Those were the days…
The food was VERY good....the service was even better. Red Robin type of good! Would have been a 4 star if not for the washrooms....both men's and ladies had a big stench of urine. I was told the ladies was nice and clean but I can't say that about the mensA shame as it seems to take the shine that the serving staff and kitchen staff are striving for.
I used to come here in the 90’s and it was the best place to come to in Langley. Although the hamburger was pretty good I would give it a 5/10 score in general. The smell of the carpets was overwhelming, the dirt in between the tables was disgusting and the plastic glasses were unprofessional.*If the tables and restaurant are brutally dirty what does that mean about the kitchen? What a shame…I wanted to relive my happiness from childhood eating here but the recent experience scarred my mind forever.
Can be hit or miss but tonight it was a hit. Burger was perfectly cooked - just barely done. Everything tasted fresh and crisp. Service was excellent as well.
The restaurant was FILTHY and smelt terrible when we walked into the dining room. The booth seats were sticky and covered in food debris, so was the table and chairs. Our drink glasses were cracked at the rims and dirty. The food was awful when it arrived, burgers were over cooked and dry, chicken strips in the kids meal actually looked old when they came and the fries were all limp and soggy. Only reason we came here was because my step daughter wanted to, and even she wanted to leave after we sat down.
Dirty place, tables not cleaned off. Had to ask for a glass of water three times before I got one. Ordered a plain lemonade which was warm! Waitress said they were busy when there were actually lots of tables empty. Even though there were lots of empty tables, my husband and I were only allowed to sit at a cramped table in a corner. Was there for my birthday dinner, but had various servers, so had no idea who to ask for anything. Server only checked once to see how we were doing, and that was near the end of the meal. Burgers are way overpriced and not very tasty. Made the mistake of ordering poutine fries...yuck! Then we had to wait to actually pay the bill. Needless to say...no tip at all. Horrible experience. I felt like I was actually aggravating the server by being a customer! If you want horrible food and terrible "customer service" , then go here.??We won't be going back.
I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I amhoping it will get them to renovate the place. The server was awesome, but my burger was burned. The gravy for the poutine was cold and the cheese curds were unmelted. Then the whole place was so dirty. The carpet was sticky and there was food all over the floor. There is old food between the cracks of the table. I get that it was busy, but the smell is something long-term. They need to get this whole place cleaned.
We had the birthday celebration of our granddaughter before the pandemic. Two years past and with the health restrictions being lifted, we are back and doing the 7th birthday of our granddaughter. Good food, service and ambience. Thanks to James and staff for the extra special treatment to our group.
We had an incredible experience tonight. Our server Madelyn (who is also a red head like my kids) was very attentive & probably one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant. The food was just as good as always. Maybe Monday's are extra great because our food came super fast, we didn't have to ask more than once for anything. The macaroni and cheese used to just be Kraft Dinner but now it's real homemade Mac baked with cheese on top, which my son was super excited about.Since I forgot to take photos due to hunger levels, I took some of the fries and my son's freckled lemonade for you.
