We had the house special pizza along with some handmade lemon and passionfruit ice-cream made by the Manager at the Rails and River Pizzeria just behind the main restaurant! Everything was so good and we can't wait to try some of the other pizzas on the menu!!Edit: Came back for the River Pizza and some blackberry cheese cake ice cream ? we also had a slice of Hawaiian pizza while we waited! I love how stuffed with toppings these pizzas are!! ??

Congratulations to the chef, sous chef, other assorted kitchen staff! Our Ginger Beef stir fry was outstanding! The signS for the restaurant were inside the restaurant which is why we had difficulty finding the right door. Maybe the restaurant didn't want customers that day....!!! ??? Our server had lots of energy which was a little difficult for us because she gave us almost all her attention by checking in on us, a lot Other customers were scarce. Hard to say if we'd return. Best of luck to all

Great place, good food and drinks. We were there for date night on Tuesday with the dueling pianos. The music was awesome, lots of sing a long tunes and the guys were really engaging. The volume of their playing was crazy loud though. My husband and I were sitting at the back next to each other on a bench and still could not hear each other speak. When ordering we had to give up on yelling into the waitresses ear and ended up simply pointing to our choices on the menu. You could tell the couple next to us was frustrated during their meal as well. After we had a few drinks in us we climatized but in all honesty it was way too loud.

Great restaurant and we went on the night of live music by Dueling Pianos which was amazing. Liked the old menu more then the new one as had some favorite dishes that are now gone.

A hidden gem. The calamari was excellent and lightly battered, tenderloin fantastic, scalloped potatos really good, reece peanut butter dessert so good. Would definitely dine here again.

It was average. Food was ok. My pasta dish was good but the noodles were really overcooked. I expected more for my 29 dollar meal. The menu wasn't overly exciting. The service was ok but not exceptional considering the place was pretty well empty. Wouldn't go back.

Everything from the food to the service and seating was fantastic. I ate outside because I had my dog. Each outdoor seating area has a dog dish with water and a nice private space where you're sitting. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The bruschetta was perfectly toasted and was very flavourful. The war won ton soup had a really tasty broth and lots of great stuff in it. All in all a wonderful dining experience.

I loved this place! Besides the beautiful layout and the amazing staff the food was insanely delicious! We had mussels and it was perfectly cooked. The bree burger was the best burger I’ve ever had in my life! (11/10). The orange stir fry was good too!Thank you!

We have been to the bistro a few times before. Once for Valentine’s Day dinner and once for a nice meal with our adult children. Monday July 4 th my husband and I were looking for a local restaurant that we knew had good quality food and fabulous menu. We were very disappointed to be handed the Fort Pub menu’s. if we wanted pub food we would have gone to a pub. When we brought up the menu to our server she mentioned new menus were made with the wrong prices but we could see them to compare. It was not the original menu that we saw on our previous visits. There was nothing that appealed to us but we had to order something as we had already ordered wine. We had to as for a glass of water which is the first thing that should be brought to any table. A customer should not have to ask especially after 15 minutes of being seated. Our coconut prawn appetizer was good but we were very disappointed with our meals. I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the salmon. The salmon was very dry and unappealing. My dish had 2 prawns, 1 scallop and salmon crumbs. With a tip, we spent $165. We don’t mind paying good money for quality food and service. We did not get either and for that, will not return.

Limited menu- wasn’t endorsed that we could order food from pub menu. Staff very pleasant but understaffed - seemed very rushed . Cobwebs- on windows (outside) outdoor tables appear unclean - seating area could use clean up. Food / fries on ground. Indoor seating - old stains on foam bench
