The worst Pizza Hut I ever ordered from. I've been ordering pizza from this place for a couple times. They never come upstairs (I live in a building). They always call me asking me to go downstairs to pick up the pizza. "The buzzer is not working", they say. Really? It works for everybody else. But this time was beyond ridiculous. I went to get my pizza and they're gone! Just like that, with my order !! There's was nobody there. The person took off with my order !! I called the delivery guy, no answer, I called Pizza Hut, they said that would transferring me to the store, which was a lie, they just hang off. So I drove to the store. When I got there, after a bunch of non-sense excuses they gave me my pizza which was cold already obviously. Never ordering Pizza Hut again in my life.
WORST LOCATION! Pizza dough is always raw under the cheese. I asked to replace tomato’s with pineapple and was told it’s $2 more. Manager Rupinder was not helpful or friendly. With so much competition they won’t be getting my money anymore!
The consistency in this location is terrible. How has Pizza Hut corporate not acted on this. Worst pizza I’ve ever had in a long while. Take your business elsewhere.
This Pizza Hut location is terrible. Every year or so I’ll order from here thinking things may have changed but they don’t, ever. They’ve been terrible for years. Hardly any toppings on pizzas. Order from the location on 61 ave and 200th instead. They are far better.Edit:Ordered from here again recently it’s still terrible. Pizza was undercooked. Toppings were extremely low but also some pizzas were completely missing toppings. Not anywhere near enough cheese. We actually ended up throwing out most of the pizza because of how bad it was. Don’t order from here.
I was shocked when I opened the box.. can you guess what kind of pizza is???? Service was awful. Never order pizza here?
Wow horrible customer service to say the least, placed an online delivery order, paid in advance, input my address, tipped the deliver driver and all, then once my order was placed I was notified that it was an instore pickup. I called the store and spoke with the manager and told her it was delivery and even paid for deliver tip ( had screenshots and all). Me and the manager had a back and forth conversation and we came to the agreement that I had to pay another $5.99 delivery charge even tho I was a 7 minute drive away, I would have canceled the order but I paid online with my credit card. Very poor customer service by the walnut grove pizza hut location, they should know better and this is unacceptable, even when my order showed up it was incorrect. 0/5
Worst Pizza Hut I've ever had. Taste like frozen pizza
I don't know what is going on with this Pizza Hut location but it has gone down hill. I have ordered from this locations for years, recently the quality has been very poor. About a month ago I ordered my usual order. Well when my husband picked it up, they only made one pizza. We had ordered 2. He had to wait for them to make the second one. When he arrived home, the pizza was wrong. I called and was told there would be a credit for the pizza. A week later I decided to pick up my free pizza. Only to be told that it wasn't a free pizza, it was a $10 credit. Not what the guy on the phone said but whatever. I start to order, just to be told I can't have homestyle crust because it is too early. I left at that point. So today we decided to give them another chance. I ordered 2 pizzas, they got it right but one of them was barely cooked. I think it might be time to try a new pizza place.
Wow, this is probably the WORST Pizza Hut i've ever had. I've never seen a franchise skimp so badly on toppings before. See the pictures and see if you can find grilled chicken pieces. Even the pineapples are a rarity and that's probably the cheapest ingredient next to the sauce.Pizza was also undercooked and It was pretty funny to find a huge empty dough bubble under 2 of my slices.I didn't believe the reviews, but here I am adding my own. Heed all of our warnings! I won't be ordering here againAt least they had my order ready for pick up at the promised time? That's the 2nd star
Service is going downhill. Had to recently wait 1.5 hours to get my order. Tried to contact the store to cancel, no answer, even customer service couldn't get through . Order finally arrived, no apology -- just complained he had no drivers. No discount, no free items, just what tasted like day old, burnt pizza. Must have been sitting in the warmer for 45 min. NOT WORTH $100.
