Wow… horrible experience that I could not believe and then I check all the recent reviews and realize this place is a dumpster fire…I order two medium pizzas and the delivery driver calls me and I miss the call and call back minutes later and see that the driver send me a photo of the pizza at the wrong address. The driver tells me that I’m mistaken and that the address I provided was the address he dropped it off (which he was completely wrong as I doubled checked my order summary with my CORRECT address).. so this driver hangs up on me and refuses to pick up any of my calls..Part 2- I call the Pizza Hut location themselves, and explain the situation… which they don’t seem to understand during the call that the food did not arrive and had to explain over and over again that it did not.. the lady tells me that it was the door dash driver who delivers for them and are not affiliated with Pizza Hut (which they are affiliated if they are working for them and it’s their responsibility). The lady says she’ll call me back but I don’t hear back for another 15 min… I call and call and call about 16 times until someone actually picks up the phone… (fml) and they tell me to wait as they need to contact DoorDash.. but they don’t seem to understand two things 1)door dash doesn’t have my food and 2) DoorDash doesn’t make pizza last I checked …Honestly, the worst experience ordering food in my 35 years of existence and i cannot believe the incompetence from door dash and Pizza Hut … talk about a double whammy … god I’m hungry
I used to have a higher rating for this location, but my last visit changed all that!The person at the till tried to give herself a tip by over charging my card. Thankfully I was paying attention and caught it before I left the store.Because I can be firm when needed, management was quick to see what the problem was and corrected my bill accordingly. There was no attempt to apologize for the mistake though, and no real investigation to how to make sure that it doesn't happen again.Sort of makes me wonder how many other people have had this happen but either didn't catch it or didn't say anything.
Like many other posts from this location, the pizza I ordered in the morning for my son's birthday party in the afternoon was about an hour late. I had about 15 hungry kids waiting for their food. If you want your pizza on time I'd order from somewhere else.
If you're looking for the worst Pizza hut location in Canada. This is the one. Poor customer service. Bad attitude from the staff. Extremely long delivery times like an hour plus. And food is usually delivered cold and not fresh.Don't be surprised if the staff has bad heygine standards when preparing the food.
Very bad service. Placed an order online for medium cheese pizza and wings. They said 1 hour. I thought it would be quicker to pickup. After 1 hour, our order on the board still says "In Kitchen" and they have not even cooked it yet. 25 minutes later, our order is still not ready but no staff would stop to tell us that the wings are still being cooked. We took the pizza and left the wings. It's ridiculous that nobody would even stop to ask if we have been looked after. I would not come back here.
6.95 delivery fee is ridiculous.Update:Paid $6.95 for delivery fee reluctantly, after about 75 minutes I called Pizza Hut as their closing time was approaching to clarify the delivery was still coming. Could not get anyone to answer the phone at all, waited another 15 min. Nothing. So we ordered from elsewhere, guess what the pizza showed up over 90 minutes after ordering.Over spent on delivery fee, overspent on a 2nd meal and Disappointed all around. Just a poor experience. Wont make this mistake again. 192st location has been good to me, i’ll go there or just skip Hut altogether.Why keep supporting these filthy rich franchises when they overcharge and repeatedly disappoint.
I think they are seriously under staffed. Placed on order online, said pick up time would be 6:43. At 7 pm I asked them for my pizza, they are scrambling to find my oder. looking through the screens finally saw my order and said it would be another 20 mins, they hadn't even started the order. I asked for a refund and left. There were approximately another 10 people in store in the same boat as me.
Currently, my life has been in absolute shambles...I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and only have a few precious months before I pass. If that's not bad enough non of my kids are returning any of my calls. So I decided to order a pizza for myself and think about how my life became this way. As soon as I took that first bite I felt a jolt of energy run through my body. BY GOD! This was one of the best things I've ever tasted! I immediately called my doctor and he informed me that my cancer had been cured. Furthermore, my wife decided to not go ahead with the divorce, FANTASTIC!Thank you Pizza Hut!
Pre-ordered delivery for a kid's birthday party for 12:30. Pizza came an hour late. After reading the other reviews this late delivery issue seems common in Langley. I won't be ordering from this location again. No issues with the food.
Toppings were pretty sparse. 10 pepperoni on a large 14" pizza. 10 mushrooms as well. Second pizza sparse if extra topping added at all. Normally pizza is great and they aren't so cheap on the toppings. Had bare spots where cheese should have been. Want a replacement. Cost 43 bucks. You can get more toppings on a frozen pizza. Sorely disappointed with my last delivery order.
