Not so good customer service... App rarely works... You submit an order and 75% of the time it's never confirmed. Oh well.... The bubble tea is good tho!
I’ve been having issues with online ordering. I’ve been trying for the past few months to order online and I always get an error. I tried adding different credit cards and I keep getting the same error. I reached out to customer support and they said they will look into it. I just tried to order again and the same problem. This location is so busy and long line ups and not enough staff so I avoid going there if I cannot order ahead of time. Can you please fix your app.
Every time I go there there's an issue. The bubble tea itself is fine but the app sucks big time. Definitely going to find another shop nearby.
Love how they have a variety of options for smoothies milk teas and others, the only downside is that they closed way earlier then what the time is posted online. To whoever is in charge on updating everything online you should probably update it for Google.

The place is quite. There’s only one staff but he is pretty fast. Bubble tea is yum too! I didn’t find anything weird about the place. My opinion for this place would be neutral.
This place has amazing bubble tea and friendly staff. The place is clean and active on mask wear however my favorite (brown sugar milk tea) will often be unavailable and they only use a debit machine.
A good place to satisfy bubble tea cravings that's conveniently placed near other stores to run other errands! The drinks itself is consistent, but for the pearls they can be rather hard sometimes. Regardless, it's a nice location with nice drinks :)
I was in Langley shopping for the day. My girls and I was craving for bubble tea we stopped by. There where a line up, I had about $30 buck on the pearl fever app. I decided to order on the app while waiting on aside. I watched about 7 customes received their orders before mines. I went up to the counter asked did you received an app order? Why is my order not up yet? What's the point of using the app for faster services. I received my order 5 mins later. I will no longer be using the app its pointless, when I can just go stand in line. I gave it a rating of 3 stars for the overall experiences. Although Pearl fever do make delicious bubble tea.
One very busy Little Hidden Gem. By Far the BEST BUBBKE TEA Ever.!!!! Great selections, clean and friendly Staff.... if you love your Bubble Tea, This is Definitely the Place to Go... you will Not be Disappointed at ALL.
