Best place to eat donairs in Langley. They let you customize pretty well everything, give free extra sauce when asked, have Fresh toppings and friendly people.

Food is ok. However the counter guy was rude. I ordered 2 things and he charged me only for 1. When I mentioned that I had 2 orders he said "I thought you changed your mind." I also mentioned that my wife would come pick them up later. He complained to my wife that she was slow to pick up!! If you are not happy working there please don't. Very unprofessional.
Everytime I try to go here when the grey, old owner is in, he is so rude. His aggression gives you the impression he hates that you had the audacity to walk in and give him money. I've tried twice, and as he passive aggressively criticizes our order my partner and I just look at eachother like "Is this guy for real?"I couldn't figure out if it was personal, then I read the reviews. Guys, he's just a horrible person, it's not you! Opa Head Office, please put your dog on a leash. He's costing thousands in sales and is a liability to your business.
Wish I knew about this place before. Calamari salad was great. I will be going back for sure. Had to take half of my order home, portion was so large.
Ordered Olympus bowls with rice and the ratios were disappointing — 60% rice, 20% tomatoes and onions, 20% chicken + half of a pita bread. I understand that everyone is trying to cut costs, but seriously wasn’t worth the $10.I asked for pita bread to be packed separately due to a gluten allergy and the staff member seemed very bothered, glaring at me and in the most annoyed tone, he asked, “why does this need to be separate? Just this in a box on its own?” I explained it was an allergy but he didn’t seem to care at that point.I’ve had good experiences with other locations, but I’ve been to this one a handful of times and there’s often something wrong.
The staff is unwelcoming! Especially the old guy. Didn’t had a choice to go to any other location. OPA’s food is best but this location is a no -go!!
Awful customer service. I was asked to take my mask off to place my order. If they don't want wear it that's their choice, but if I want to keep using it, that's up to me to decide.
Great quality food and really great prices.This is our favorite OPA store!
It's too bad I have to give this a 3 star because OPA's menus are tasty, but this particular store is a no-go for me anymore despite working nearby. The staff looks miserable and don't care, and pickup orders seems to always run late.
