Attended a wedding in the atrium which was beautifully decorated for the ceremony. After the ceremony, with great precision they quickly converted the room into a beautiful dining room complete with scrumptious buffet! Throughout the evening of speeches and dancing, staff provided a high level of friendly service, as well as the extra duties of clean up after some of our young todlers. Excellent service, food, and venue!
I went here with the family for mother’s day and my 6 month old baby started crying. I did my best to console her but it was not fast enough for a very rude old man in the next table. Instead of asking if we needed any help or relocating us to a more private area of the restaurant, the manager asked us to leave. On Mother’s Day of all days. When a struggling mother is just trying to console her baby. The management could’ve handled the situation much more professionally. It was humiliating. Both the old man in the next table and the manager made a huge scene. I was under the impression this was a family restaurant but the way it’s run doesn’t seem like it. I will Never be coming back here. And I warn anyone with children to reconsider.

IS GREAT TIME TO BE THERE WITH MY FAMILY....AND I STRONGLY RECOMENDED....IS WONDERFUL PLACE.
During covid there are many vendors who worked with couples around the covid 19 restrictions to ensure that their wedding day is all they dreamed of. However, from my families recent experience, I would not give them a dime of your money. Unprofessional, and the wedding organizer is simply opportunistic and does not work with the families trying to make their day magical. Seeing the disappointment on my sisters face after every interaction with the wedding coordinator says it all. Don’t waste your time, pursue a venue which will make your dreams come true.
Attended Karaoke at Newlands. Mixed review with pros and cons.Pros: fairly typical crowd of Karaoke regulars. No terrible singers which made listening more enjoyable.Cons: service was terrible. The bartender made it quite clear we were not welcome and she was not happy to be working. Regulars were getting quick service, while our reserved group were basically ignored and then greeted with eye rolls.Covid protocols not being followed. 0 spacing between tables. Vaxx passports not verified until after the drinks had been served. Dirty tables etc. Their whole program could use a fresh set of eyes. Server not wearing a mask.The karaoke itself was very much catered to their usual crowd who received priority. Rules advertised regarding song tempo only applied to new people. Long pauses between songs filled with dance music during a pandemic where people clearly weren't dancing. It was quite awkward.Basically it's a 3/5 type venue. Better attention to cleanliness and better customer service would bring it to a 4.

Great golf course however the restaurant treats their serving staff unfairly. They processed a refund and asked the server to pay the restaurant back for the full refund amount. That’s not how that’s works! Get a grip! For this reason I no longer will be a guest at this country club, and I suggest others do the same until they have the ability to treat their staff properly and with respect!
One of the best family and friends to gather for Sunday brunch. We been going to this nice place for more than 20 years. Good food and costumer friendly service. If you want a place to take your wife and kids and not hear a complained about the place or food Just go to Newerlands.
I went for the buffet there last week. It was kinda of disappointing after several attempt to call for reservation. The food was pretty cold and seemed old. I was expecting to eat fresh oysters but turned out it was fried oysters one which did not taste so good. It’s not worth going there for me from Vancouver.
Really like the service here, Adelina was a great help, very courteous and a great server for our table. The prime rib night is bang for your buck. Delicious and good quality of the food they make.
