We ordered $80.00 worth of food at 5:40 pm and were promised a delivery for 6:30pm. We followed up with a call at 6:40 pm only to be told that the food is ready but no drivers have claimed the delivery. Finally after multiple phone calls we were told that the food was on its way. It was delivered at 7:16 pm BUT COLD and dry (despite asking for the chicken to be triple basted). We called the restaurant looking for a resolution only to to be left more frustrated. This was the 3rd time to have a terrible experience at this location. We will never come back. A one star rating is even too generous. Beware if you are seriously going to consider dining here…
I was pleasantly surprised. 1 dish with 2 skewers of chicken, rice and coleslaw plus 2 drinks $22. Food was hot and delicious. Perfect for 2 small eaters to share a plate. Food is served to your table and there is a pop machine for endless drinks. You can sit inside or out in the glassed in patio. Employees friendly and with a smile, establishment is clean. Plenty of parking. This is a hidden gem...I highly recommend.5 stars ?
One of the only nandos that does not want your business if you’re not v*d. I don’t support discrimination. I’ll go to another nandos happily.
The server was polite and courteous. The chicken wings were a bit dry and not juicy and moist as it usually is. The Ceaser Salad was good. Service was quick. Restaurant and washroom was clean
This location seems pretty good. Chicken was cooked just right. Vegetables could have been a little warmer but still good
It's okay. I love Nando's but I can't wrap my head around why this locations food doesn't taste right/the same as others. I gave it three shots but won't be coming back. The flavor/chicken just isn't right. The rice is also super oily. Not sure what it is but they do something different than the rest of the Nando's stores I've tried.
Tasty, chicken is not dry like other places I've tried for the chicken wrap.
Food is good. Service can be questionable sometimes. However, we like Nandos so we will continue to go there.
First time at this restaurant and we had lunch here yesterday. Nice staff, nice lunch, nice comfortable patio with a great patio cover for rainy days. Menu fits with our eating plan and I particularly liked the special African Sauce, also was on the fries. I could add extra to the roast chicken dinner and I did.
I thought Nandos is popular for their chicken. Ordered Two bowls, in my Grilled Chicken and Halloumi Salad, chicken quality wasn’t good. It felt like old chicken served. Not going to order from this location again.
