The frozen yogurt is not sufficiently cooled. It was melting as it came out of the machine. I had a puddle before I even reached the toppings.Also, for adults, just not a good spread of flavors. Chocolate & Vanilla. Oreo- which in yogurt form is just…chocolate and vanilla again. Bubblegum, that’s not happening for me. Two non dairy sherbets. And Nutella. Honestly nothing really excited me.The fruit toppings were just sitting out in a cart, no cooling on fresh fruits.The staff were very polite and friendly.
The selection was boring, 2 machines were not working. The toppings selection was horrible, and when I went to use the syrup it was empty. I asked the girl that was working to replace and she said no. I asked why they didn’t have proper toppings and she gave me nothing but attitude. Do not go to this location.
Hire staff who at least behave like they are interested in their job.
It’s 3:50 pm on a Monday and I waited outside for 30 min and nobody came in or out. The open light up sign was on and it didn’t have any sign on the door saying it’s closed or someone is out for a couple minutes nothing. We called and called no answer, we saw like 5 people go to the door and had to leave also. Terrible menchies!! You say your open everyday from 1-8 but where are you when your supposed to be open
Only three flavors were working. The majority of their selection is broken.
We walked in right when they were about to close, but the staff was super nice and let us order what we wanted! All the options were still there, we had such a great experience.
The staff member made our visit a pleasant experience. I appreciated great customer service.This location is far below the standard of the other location in Langley. There is less selection of yogurt, less selection and quantity of toppings, less seating. The other location has outdoor seating.
The food is pretty good there but quite an expense for students to use. The ice cream is really good so I give it a 4/5.
Wish there were more yogurt flavor and topping options. But the girl working here is so freaking friendly and helpful. Went out of her way to go talk to my 5 year old and give him a sticker as he sat and waited for my husband and I to put together the yogurt.
My kids would live here if they could.
