WORST WORST WORST Mcdonald's ever. I work close to this franchise and not once i would say that i got the right order or everything that i ordered. HOPELESS. Todays example is that i got hotcakes but with a knife and syrup only and no fork or butter. Plus i ordered a Latte and it says Latte on the cup but the cup is filled with filter coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So freaking frustrating when you are hungry and you have driven to find out about this dumb service. Don't know how hard it is to just take a right order. So slack!!!!
One of the nicer ones, huge parking lot, convenient off the highway, busy 200st!Lots of curbside stalls. Fast service! Compared to Cloverdale or Willowbrook, those are slugs or even forget yr order.
Drive thru is only open 23 hours a day, not open from 3:00 am - 4:00 am everyday.
Ordered 20 piece nugget meal for my brother and I but only got 6. I didn't notice until I got home. Is there anything we can work out or is it too late? I'd rather not fill out a complaint. Thank you.
Nice, polite and caring staff.Food and service as expected.Relatively clean.There are some couches with torn seat which was not pleasant.Everything else was pretty good and on McDonalds standard.It is advertised as 24.7They have drive through and dine service.
Did an order through the app for pick up. Order was correct and service was fast. Only thing wrong was that the pop machine wasn't calibrated properly and the coke tasted like tonic water and we got a receipt that wasn't ours (order was right, though). The online order process outcome was better than I anticipated it would be.
Ok normally this restaurant is fine but it advertises 24hr drive thru. Last night after a late night airport arrival we went home with this in mind to snack before getting home. For the last two times it has been closed and locked. Granted the first time was a snow storm (though the cleaning staff was there), but last night was just a Tuesday night. If you can't open 24hrs, don't advertise that you are. Went across the street to it's competition that happily was open.
Would not recommend this place to those who like McD's gravy or happy workers. Honestly I gave this place a good try, I did. However every time I go the workers are never happy- except for the teenagers who work there- and are "out" of gravy for the day. I asked two separate employees why they are always out when I go. Turns out they don't like to make it so they tell you they are out foe the day. Super disappointing since I live their poutine. There's another McD's in Walnut Grove I'll happily go to next time.
I usually have a good experience with the food at this location. Tonight though not so much :( I ordered the Quarter BLT and it was tough to eat, the bacon was overdone, the burger patty was so dry I had to drink something with it (and I do not drink before my meal is done) and the bun was falling apart. Then there are the fries, salt was extreme, had to wipe them off to eat them... Sorry you had a bad run tonight. Things will brighten up for you tomorrow ?
Went through the drive through and sat there for 10 mins while the lady just helped the other lane…not sure what that’s about. People were very rude, and honestly took customer service and threw that out the window. Maybe they should learn some McManners
