KFC at willowbrook mall shopping centre. Has no idea how to cook food. Manager and workers are clueless.Gave me a undercooked zinger sandwichI got a refund for the sandwich but service unsafe foods are unacceptable.Train your staff or get out of business, never eating here. Almost made me throw up.KFCs in surrey are bad but this one is worse.

They have coupons that they do not honor. The coupon expressly says present coupon when ordering. The woman at the window said that is for online only. How can it be online only when it says present the coupon when ordering? They are useless here. Drive the extra 15 minutes to langley so you don't have to deal with this place.
Rudest customer service, doesn't even have the common courtesy to give me my receipt. Had to tear it off myself, with customer and merchant copy. If you dislike your job, find another.
Buy a meal in a box the cashier told me that they serve chicken when u buy 10pcs and need to wait because they need to cook it... So I ordered for 10pcs. The cashier told me its 15minutes wait so I said yes...sad to say I almost need to wait for 30mins before my order is done. Its understandable if you had line up but Im the only customer at that time..

Stopped by for a snack, they have a 3 pc with fries for $7.99 perfect size!The 3 pc I got was very well made and fresh, pieces were not greasy!Breast, wing & thigh all tender & still juicy!Of all the fried chicken on the market nowadays...KFC still holds a special place in my tummy!!
