Have always enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn's because of the service- amenities etc.\\nSadly the pool could not be used and it was hot out. No options provided but a polite sorry.\\nAsked for a vote which I initially was tod \\\"no problem\\\" but \\\"no\\\" can't offer.\\nAs always it is clean. Has multiple fast food places really close by.\\nPrice is comparable to other similar hotels and staff always friendly. Expensive when you are not getting what you paid for.\\nVery clean, very comfortable. Lots of towels etc.

We had several issues with our keys that were handled very quickly and professionally. We were on motorcycles and we're offered parking in the garage, which was unexpected and great! The pool was perfect after a hot day of riding. I seldom give 5-star reviews. We'd definitely stay here again. Several restaurants nearby, and a fantastic free breakfast at the hotel.

This place was okay. I checked in with a colleague that is a preferred member or whatever it's called. They treated him like a king, thanked him for his loyalty, gave him free beverages, etc., whereas with me, I didn't even get a thank you. Weird.Anyway, the place was still okay. The room was clean. Bathroom worked well. The toilet flushed without any trouble and the shower did not back up, so I wasn't constantly standing in a pool of my own filth.I was disappointed with the comfort of the bed. The blankets are too light, so I was cold all night.I was also situated on the first floor and some jackass blasted loud music until late. It was quite annoying.

Second time staying there and both times the service has been phenomenal, they are really about guest experience. Great location, clean rooms, good selection at breakfast. Will be our go to for future stays at the coast.

Twice we've booked with this hotel online and specifically asked for two queen beds. When we arrived we were told they didn't have a room for us with our specified request. After showing them our booking they tried to offer us a pull out couch. Only after informing them that this was the 2nd time we've had this issue did they manage to get us our room with 2 queen beds. There was no apology from management and no follow up either.Highly doubtful we will stay here a third time.

Booked a family suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed, Was actually 2 doubles and a sofa bed but the suite size was great. Comfortable for the 4 of us. Most disappointing thing was the pool, arrived mid afternoon and wanted to go for a swim with kids only to find out the pool is used by a 3rd party for swimming lessons which ran until 830pm. Pool is quite small so there was no real way to go for a swim while these lessons were going on. Very disappointing when you pay the extra $ for a hotel with a pool and you can't use it until late evening. Hotel should make it clear that the pool is used for people outside of the hotel patrons and usage will be affected. Staff was friendly and accommodating, continental breakfast was good. However, I will likely look elsewhere in the future so the amenities we are paying for can be used.

Hotel room not ready for us 2 hours after check in time, no discount and rude staff. We had dinner plans and needed to change and because the room wasn’t ready the evening plans had to be canceled.Awful customer service.Look elsewhere.

We use hotels for various uses, mine was for business. Therefore, I want to be able to get food and drink and a good bed/nights sleep. I arrived to find that the bar was closed and only open between 18.00 and 21.30. Reception suggested that i use the petrol station across the road if I wanted for or drink. My room with double bed was a room was two singles, which as I am 6'3" i struggles I need a double bed to sleep diagonally across. The reception staff was excellent. The room very clean and in good condition. Very noisy neighbours for which i complained to no avail. I tried to report this to reception but the phone did not working the room, so had to try to find the number and call via mobile. I am looking at the menu in the room that is titled "Food Anytime" which should be reported to trade description, as there is a further statement to say that food and drink must be ordered at the bar...... This is a representation of Great Britain to all the people staying while passing through via heathrow, how utterly embarrassing. Very frustrated, very angry and won't be staying here again. Suggest that people use the Marriot which has actual service.

What can I say? This is an example of mid-range hotels creeping slowly towards the quality of high end places. Room was very large, great décor, perfect furniture. Beds and pillows wonderful. Great location for drivers near the main hi-way. Excellent service at check-in. Lovely bathroom. OK, at high end places you get the fancy bar. Fancier soap in the bathroom. Maybe a robe and slippers. But increasingly I'm not willing to pay the premium for those things. And, you get a free (if mediocre) breakfast at the Holiday Inn. A good breakfast at a high-end hotel will easily run $30. I might have the occasion to splurge on high-end hotels again. But it's becoming less likely, and less frequent. This is a very good hotel. Very much recommend.
