First time coming here and literally got scammed? Ordered the wings on special along with other items and when we were packing up and ready to go the waitress refused to let us pack up the wings? Told us it was a dine in special and that she had to throw them out and couldn’t let us bring them home? This was not advertised and there was no warning. The restaurant took these 2 full baskets away to throw in the garbage. Not coming back ever.

Great atmosphere and attentive staff.It was busy but staff didn't seemed overwhelmed and food came out in good time.The food wasn't spectacular in any way but still good. I had an odd request for a pub, I was craving a hot chocolate. I fully didn't expect them to have that kind of drink, but the waitress still managed to get me one and I don't think it was one the menu. So I appreciated that!Our waitress was wonderful, I wish I could remember her name to give her a shoutout. Food was average but I would likely still come back for the cozy atmosphere.
Great place! We were travelling through and thought this sounded like a good place, and it was! It felt like I was walking into a British Pub! The food was also amazing. I had the Bangers and Mash and it was served in the largest Yorkshire pudding I have ever seen. We will be back of travelling through again!
I would have to say this is my favourite place to visit when I’m out in Aldergrove. It’s a pub most pubs serve good pub food but this place serves it better than any pub I have been to. The only downside to my visit is that the chairs aren’t that comfortable to sit in. In the 11 years my older brother lived in Aldergrove they really should consider doing something about there chairs. But for their food it’s pretty outstanding
Hostess met me at door requesting my medical covid pass and picture ID which I did. I recently moved here from another province and I am transferring ID information as we speak. She refused my entry into the restaurant because I had ID picture on phone not in hand. This person was rude and not very welcoming and I will never return to this restaurant. I have traveled coast to coast and never had this happen. I also drove from Whiterock to Aldergrove yesterday just to have lunch here. Cheers
Good table service and delicious comfort food. Wide selection on the menu. Be patient while waiting to be seated as it get busy at times. Try the Steak salad and be sure to check the daily specials.Plenty of parking available.I would have felt a little more comfortable if they had actually scanned our vaccine passports rather then just checking them against ID.
Finally went there and was sorry I had waited so long! The pancakes were so good and huge! Couldn't finish even a short stack! Service was really good as the coffee kept coming!!
Came with friends for prime rib dinner 3 of us had prime rib we all liked it a lot one of our group had fish tacos and wasn't too happy small amount of fish and not to tasty drinks were good also Sarah our waitress was great looking to go back for burger nite on Tuesday 's.
01/30/2022: came here for dinner with the in-laws, and man was the food ever good! From the Doorkeeper Burger, to the beef dip, to the very fresh salads, to the fish n’chips: absolutely everything was hot , fresh and delicious. Service by server Becky was very prompt , friendly , and efficient. Cozy little pub with a relaxing atmosphere. Hadn’t been here in years, and never just for dinner, so was very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great meal in Aldergrove :)
