Not at all worth a second visit. Staff found it tiresome to seat a table of 5, eventually and reluctantly moved in an extra chair after some negotiation. We asked for water with our drinks; it never arrived. Additional sides on the beef dip - "philly it up"never arrived, but was paid for, and there was no horseradish with the meat. The server was mediocre, not terribly friendly. When it came to leaving, we found our vehicle parked in by a delivery truck in the restaurant parking lot. After waiting for 10 minutes we sought help from the restaurant staff who were unhelpful and, quite frankly, exceptionally rude. We had our elderly mother with us who needed to be at an appointment, but the restaurant staff told us that they had been waiting for the delivery and we just had to wait another 10 minutes which turned into half an our. There was no compromise just defiance and attitude. Not they way to treat customers who had just left a hefty tip! The management needs to either remove the parking spots to make way for their delivery trucks or at least put up a sign that warns people not to park in these spots in case of food deliveries. A very rude staff!

Worst food ever. Steaks are terrible,scalloped potatoes were burnt, rice are hard as rock, so as the veggies. Chicken wings too salty. What a terrible service, so disappointed.
A fun little sports bar within walking distance from our campground. Very friendly and equally efficient and attentive servers. A varied menu. My orange chicken was ok - not as saucy as I like, but still good and plenty to take home. My husband had a delicious, perfectly cooked burger. Yummy pinot noir with a variety of sizes, and local beers. TVs everywhere, noisy but fun! We liked it.
How the heck does this establishment have 4.1 stars?The moment we walked in, it was suuuper low energy. Greeted and sat, promptly.. and then proceeded to have to wave down a staff to take our order 10 mins later. Our server didn’t even say hi to us until then so we didn’t even know who was supposed serve us.I understand that the pandemic has driven prices up, but $18 for a mediocre burger that looked like my uncle made at a family barbeque.. The mac and cheese *looks* promising, but it’s watery, un-seasoned and not cheesy at all. Shouldn’t be called a mac and cheese, they should re-name itto mac and milk lol.. They scored the sausage on top but the scoring made the skin dry and tough so what’s the point?Service deserved a 0 as did the food. I don’t think we even got a smile, let alone good service. Normally I’ll try a place a second time to validate my first impressions but it was so bad that I won’t be coming back for a second chance.

Server with an attitude and rolling eyes! When we arrived, we were advised that the kitchen had a ~40min delay, but we liked the place so we went in. After waiting for more than 60min, we asked the server, and she was all "you were told that food would take long and you came in". It was not her fault, what about saying "we are sorry, food will come out shortly" or something. Arguing with the customer and saying "it has not been 60min yet" really doesn't help her case. No one was being rude to her.We used to come here every time we were in town due to the relaxed atmosphere and spacious tables. Food is decent, but the service went down. Will not come again. Too unpleasant to have to tolerate. Do not recommend the place. I see now that other people have commented on the lacking customer service. Maybe management should give their staff some coaching.
Food and service were very good. I had the beet salad and hubby had wings, we shared the mussels which were GREAT. We sat at the high tables by the bar where we enjoyed watching the bartender. But don't look up!! The beams are very dusty, especially above the table next to us - disgusting! I hope it doesn't fall into someone's drink or dinner one of these days!
Been regulars here for many years . There is a noticeable drop in the quality of service as of late. Lots of new service staff that are letting my favourite pub down. Our server tonight took forever to come and greet us for drink orders. When the food comes no one asks how the food is? We have to literally flag her down for refills on drinks and ask repeatedly for the bill. Honestly, dealing with this stuff kind of takes the fun out of going out for a meal. Really hope things get better! The pandemic has been cruel to the service industry so we are keeping that in mind….Also they have recently installed a huge table for 20 people approximately where the pool table used to live. When this table is full we notice things get really slow.
