Went there for a quick bite for dinner. Placed our order and sat down. Waited for about 15 min before our food came which was fine. Noticed my order of deep fried pickles didnt come soI called the waitress and she told me they put in my burger?I thought I ordered a plate of fried pickles, but waitress said they ran out.I am not sure why she did not tell me when I ordered it that there was none available. Now I wonder if she charged me for the side order of fried pickles??Burger was fine, and shake was good but abit annoyed about the service.
The customer service at this location is horrible. Second time I’ve ever gone here and you get treated like your a complete burden on them. The food and restaurant is great but customer service is the worst. Not only that but they make it very obvious that they gossip about you by eye rolling and staring right at you while talking in a group. Don’t get a job in serving/customer service if your going to treat customers with disrespect and make them feel unwanted. Just unbelievable. Won’t be going back that’s for sure
This was the most disappointing trip across Canada ever! I was so excited to try fatburger... I ordered the mushroom Swiss.. now before I get into how disgusting the burger was, I want to note that the little red head woman working there had visible lice crawling in her hair, with no hair net. Not only that, she was incredibly rude, in a snooty way. NOW BACK TO THE BURGER... So I'm so hungry and my mouth is watering. I open the wrapper and I see it, but not before I smelled the, seemingly, 6 month old grease. I tried a piece of lettuce I had ordered extra on the sandwich. It tasted like, I would imagine and outdoor grease tub to. The bun on my so called burger was so soggy that it was falling apart. I called and they tried to tell me the Burger was supposed to be like that and didn't want to refund my meal. If I could I would rate this zero
Food was great. They did have some tech issues with their registers but aside from the looks from the line-up they got paid and I was pleasantly fed.
My go-to for burgers, and awesome breakfast. Staff is friendly and always accommodating. One day I came in for a pick-up order and salted my hash browns with their seasoning salt before leaving, and next order they put some seasoning salt in a container for me. What a great service and other restaurants should take notes. This is how you make loyal returning customers!
Tried fatburger after many months and was good. However, i had fatburger at other locations which was bit better in taste
A-mazing burgers! Better than homemade, classic flavour combos, and the fries are quite good too! Took three teen boys there who all were very full by the end of the meal (hard to accomplish) and surprised by how good their burgers were (first timers). The only downside is that a full meal there per person gets close to $20.
Came here on The Great Onion Ring Adventure with my bf. We travelled to 5 different fast food restaurants to compare the onion rings and crown a champion. (Thanks to GMM and their onion ring comparison making us hungry)Fatburger came in 2nd - the onions were a great size, breading was very crispy with a good crunch, and it had good flavour but - they had no seasoning at all. They were quite bland and definitely lost points for that.Also - my bf got a burger that I'm sure weighed 5lbs and he said was "incredible"
Pretty impressed going here a few times in the last few months. Got the bacon cheeseburger combo and it didn’t disappoint me at all. Good value for the combo and the service was great.
Good Day,On 10/25/2021 @ 17:55. I ordered from the manager two chilli dog meals, she informed me that they were out of chilli, I then ordered two fully dressed hot dogs. When she presented the bill there was a surcharge of .80 per order. I asked the manager why the upcharge she explained they did not have small cups. I mentioned that it was bottomless pop and why does it matter. She begrudgingly removed the charge. Being out of chilli seems constant at Langley location.
