Eggs Benedict was edible at best...packaged over cooked eggs...very little of the packaged hollandaise sauce Potatoes were good

Our server must've been new as he seemed really scattered, overwhelmed and didn't know the menu. He was very friendly. The food took a really long time to come up. Also there was a wedding shower taking place in the main restaurant (no private room I'm assuming) which was super disruptive as you would be enjoying your dinner and convo, and have to stop and listen as someone rose to make a speech to the 20 other ladies attending the shower. It's creates an obnoxious atmosphere for other in the restaurant. I would be rushing back to this Earls location.

I love coming to Earls. Thank you for another wonderful experience.

Service was a bit slow, we had to ask for a drink 3 or 4 times before it actually came to the table. One of the bussers? (not our server) came to clear plates a few times when there was still food left on them... didnt make much sense. The AC was cranked as well and the place was freezing even though it was 22 degrees and raining out.

Great service and good food

I have to say that overall my experience Langley Earls was disappointing. First off, my dinner reservation was for 7:30pm, I arrived at 7:25pm and let the hostesses know I had arrived. I thought she was rather rude, instructing me to wait for my reservation (which by this time was in 4 mins). She could have shown some social skills and stated "It will be just a few minutes, while we set up your table". Secondly, it took almost 15 mins to get our drinks once we were seated. Then once we received our entrées dishes, we had no napkins or utensils to eat with, so we had to sit there watching our food get cold for a couple of minutes until our utensils and napkins arrived. The dining room was extremely loud, and had a number noisy children....not Chucky Cheese noisy, more like Red Robin loud. Our waitress was pleasant enough, but I think a little distracted/disorganized. The décor, and layout of the restaurant was fantastic and very inviting. The food however, was the other saving grace, and I thought very good and tasty. Overall, like I said initially, my experience was disappointing. I think coming to this restaurant would be great for having drinks & appetizers with friends on the bar side, but for having an intimate birthday dinner with my wife I will be returning to the Keg.

very good service always, and the food is always consistent

They went above and beyond for my nieces 13th bday. We were so happy we came there to celebrate

They were out of most of the ingredients for their menu items. So could not order anything from about 85% of the menu. We made the best of it, got drinks and appies and mains that WERE available. This happens a lot at this location, would recommend somewhere else for a date night or hang out with friends. Sorry to, as we love Earls and their food. Maybe they will improve.

Greeting at the front was poor. Hosts looked unhappy and made for an uncomfortable welcome as they could barely even smile and did not say a word as they walked us to our table. Server was friendly but difficult to track down even though the restaurant was extremely quiet. Food was okay, have never been to Langley location but was lacking compared to others. First time at this location and will most likely not be coming back. Would recommend the Grandview others location instead.
