Don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews about this place. They have over 100 menu items and they’re very friendly. I ordered their #3 lunch special for $11.50 and got fried rice, chow mein, and mixed veggies. It was sooo fresh and delicious! Remember there’s always two sides of the story. I think anyone who is craving good chinese food should give this spot a visit!!
Easy to miss from the outside, but you definitely don't want to miss this place. The milieu is welcoming to families and the staff is fast paced. Food came out within minutes of ordering and blew us away. The sesame chicken is a must, and is served with the fluffiest rice you can imagine. It dances on your tongue ever so delicately and is no doubt the soulmate to the sesame chicken. The broccoli is average. Also would avoid the crunchy chicken noodles.
I ordered the family meals. Our meat didn't taste like beef and had a horrible smell to it. I phoned to let them know and they didn't even care they lost a new customer in Langley and we order 3 tines a week take out. Not even an apology I don't recommend this place. I should have walked put from the fowl smell in the restaurant health inspector needs to pay them a visit
I ordered from the Dragon Restaurant yesterday for the first time, I was having my family for Christmas Eve. Great food, right on time like that they said it would arrive. Very impressed as was my family. Definitely will order there again.
Portions were large but the chicken chow mein was extremely stale and tasted horribly.
Ordered chow mein chop suey S&S pork and S&S chicken balls. Paid 48.00 The chow mein was not just bland, it was tasteless. They chop suey was tasteless too with their watered down solution they had the vegetables floating in. Never in my life have I seen this before. The ss pork was disgusting. The thick crust had totally saturated the ss sauce. There was no sauce just gooey pieces of rough pork surrounded by this mess. It tasted as bad as it looked The Chicken balls were horrible to. They might of had 4 oz total of chicken in all the huge balls but I doubt it. They used a pancake type batter that had way too much baking powder in it. That was all you could taste. How you can put so little chicken int a ball and make the ball so large is beyond me. Out of 3 of us, not one of us liked it. Not one of us could even finish our plates. We got no more than a quarter into eating and just couldn't eat it. Each bite tasted worse then the last bite. And we were all hungry too. I gave some to my grandson and he couldn't eat it either. I ended up feeding it to the crows. I'm staying far away from this place. There should be a law against ripping the people off like this. Needless to say I won't be back!!
Used to be very good as far as quality of food and price but the last few times we were there the quality has gone down significantly. The Beef that they served in the Chop Suey was very tough and kind of slimy, the coating on the Sweet-and-Sour Boneless Pork was soggy, didn’t seem to be cooked enough. The Chow Main was good and they do serve up large sized portions but when we asked for a container to take home the leftovers I was surprised to see a $1.00 charge on my bill for the container. Now I know a buck isn’t a lot but they should have told me about it prior as well I feel that they already make a higher profit off of a customer coming into dine than the fees that they have to pay to companies like Skip the Dishes. If I had ordered the exact same meal and had it delivered they would have made far less money off of that because of the delivery company fees as well as no tip other then to the delivery driver. I feel that they’re taking their dine in customers for granted and have let things slide, don’t think I’ll be back.
This is the best place in town Langley!!!!!The food is awesome and the people that work there are always happy and love making good food . After finding out about dragon garden I'll never eat any were else.
