My family and I visited this location during a road trip from California. We carefully observed the workers while they were preparing different orders. I noticed that none of the workers wore gloves while handling my family's order, or any of the other patron's food. They also don't seem to wash their hands after touching equipment other workers have touched with their bare hands. I also did not observe any workers washing hands before or after taking care of different orders, or handling the cash register. This establishment does not seem to care much about hygiene or cross contamination, especially as we are coming out of world-wide pandemic. On the bright side, my Chocolate Blizzard came out good-\_(ツ)_/-
Typical Dairy Queen food. Don't like that you can't collect points through the app. Very annoying this only a 3 star rating. Why have an app if you can't use it.
I ordered two Blizzards via Doordash and after 40 minutes it was showing another 40 minutes out-they were still preparing the order.I ended up having to cancel the order with DoorDash.
Employee Christy was very rude. We asked and paid for extra Oreos for my sons blizzard two times and both times they didn’t make it properly.I went inside and offered to pay extra for more and she said that it was company policy that she can’t give moreShe then made it again and slammed it infront of me and my son, again without extra toppingsWe were happy to pay extra which we did only to be unsatisfied and treated poorlyI hope someone from management can discuss this with her
Food is OK, it’s just so very slow. Expect as rule of thumb to stand in line for 5 mins per car. Fast food restaurant without the fast.
Nope, never again. $35odd for 4 large blizzards of different flavours. Ice cream was runny. Daughters is still in freezer it was so runny. We were drinking them. They didn't clean the machine after each one was made, so each blizzard had candy and cookie mix from each others order. They weren't mixed long enough. Flavour was week until you got to the end where I found a half inch of dry coco powder (mine was suppose to be smarties) and husband had a quarter inch of green sweet syrup in the bottom of his, that was suppose to be mint chocolate chip. Mint syrup/mint chocolate chips? Finally the cups were weak, sweaty - more like a drink cup. No lids. We went through drive through. I do not recommend this Dairy Queen because poor of product quality.
I would give zero stars if I could. Always get the worst service and they are incapable of substitutions on blizzards which other locations never seem to have an issue with. Time and time again we are disappointed therefore will never return to this location.

I had put in an online order for my son's 1st birthday. I had a picture in my mind as into what I wanted. What i recieved exceeded my expectations. The cake was beautiful! Thank you so much for taking the time and effort in making such a beautiful cake.
