Ordered delivery on Thursday early evening. The order was minus straws for 2 milkshakes and we received Buster Bars when Dilly bars was ordered
Great location and very nice decor. Not so much bigger space for seating but considering outside seating, it's ok. The service point of view is not bad because I did not come across any issues with my Order. Yes, the interaction of the staff is very low. They are like machines and have no heartfelt greetings but are fake. Seems they are stressed out with the lord of work or not sufficiently trained for the situation arises time to time.
Great service and great food. Everything was cooked really well and nothing was soggy or out of sort. The servers where all happy to help and even the trainee was quick and efficient with service

Huge mistake coming here after school. This is a hang out for foul mouthed pre-teens trying to scam food, leaving a mess at their table and behaving in ways that would make their families less than proud of the way in which they have been raised. On top of that, I’ve waited over 10 minutes now for two food items. Not sure what is going on in the kitchen.
This is a peanut buster parfait but you just ask for to switch the hot judge to caramel and instead of peanuts ask for Oreos. Delicious ?
I walked into the place with my husband and ordered a #2 and the new berry Icecream cone and just a flame thrower burger by its self... Both me and my husband had told this person in a loud voice our order but both me and my husband had to repeat our selves at the least 4 time telling them 4 separate times each item so repeating my self a #2 four times and telling them what kind of cone 4 separate times and asked for a flamethrower burger 4 separate times..... we weren't mumbling to our selves we were using a calm boisterous voice, but had to repeat our selves to many times..... a woman without her mask was handling our food most of the time and both me and my husband who always wear our masks felt terribly uncomfortable with her gloveless maskless self handling our food which took faaaaaaaaaaaar longer then it needed to take... they gave me my ice cream cone first and then had to wait almost an half an hr for my other food i had to leave n eat my ice cream outside because it was melting i had to leave my husband inside to collect the remainder of the food.............both me and my husband will never be coming back to that location and word of mouth to my friends about your establishment wont look good....if the employees are gonna work there like they hate their jobs then perhaps they should werk somewhere else.....
Peanut allergy and was given peanuts. I’m always very careful to inform them at the till about a peanut allergy. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and to my knowledge they do not have peanuts in them. As I am eating I taste 2 chunks of peanuts at the bottom of my blizzard. Very lucky I did not go in to anaphylaxis although there was a mild reaction. You MUST train your staff on food safe. This is not acceptable and I will not be back as I can not risk a sever reaction.
All the staff were very young, there were 5 people waiting around for their order. I received mine promptly. The patties were ice cold, I wasn't sure what it was I bit into. I was looking forward to that cheese burger, It was disappointing. I'll be put off of DQ for a while now.
Staffs didn't seem to have much sense of food safe and hygiene. Cashier so just handled another customer's cash, without washing his hand, grabbed and handed the icecream cone to me, and his hand had come into contact with the actual cone.Food safety is rather important, so I could not leave a good review.
