Ok service ,pretty clean inside. Dined in and was pleasantly surprised to get my order without a blunder.
I ate a Bk Big Fish was delicious, I was impressed and glad that Location of BK, was so neat and pretty, buen trabajo muchachos, good job guys, and there was even a small mistake in the order and they responded professionally… yes If I want fast, cheap and delicious food, Bk Langley is an excellent option.
I personally enjoy Burger King a lot. especially on Wednesday, it is amazing deal for everyone. Nevertheless, this is the worst Burger King ever. request extra lettuce, I only got 5 pieces of lettuce in the burger. this is not the first time happen. it happens three times already. comparing with Burger King in Downtown Langley city hall, this location is just a garbage. For me, i would not visit this location again even though i am living in Walnut grove
We ordered 3x burgers, and 2 were room temperature. We took one up to the counter to let the cashier know, and all they defensively said was “it’s warm and came off the broiler - I made it”. There was no concern, no attempt at a mini apology, nothing; we took it back to the table. No customer service - it was a customer disservice. We threw both cold burgers out because they were unappetizing and not worth the risk of making us sick. What a waste.
2 hours to get an order ready for skip at 2am. Can't beat that. They really do like to take their sweet time. Edit. Food was decent however. So i raised my initial reviews from 1 to 3 stars
They have the worst staff (especially graveyard shift). I ordered mini shake. She charged me for medium shake and gave me medium shake. When i told her i ordered mini shake, she said this is the only size we have. And i was arguing that i buy it almost everyday cuz i work nearby. But she keep telling me that this is only shake they have in menu at burger king. I got frustrated and spent my half of the break there. ?
Worthless s------n couldn't even give me a refill of pop. There were no other customers around; this was not a busy time. No interpersonal skills whatsoever.They also forget to include our jalapeno bombers and we to go back and get them.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a fast food place in years. I was craving burger king and ONLY burger king so this was my only option, and I thought I'd give them a try despite the reviews because I often find places aren't actually THAT bad. This was the exception to that rule.First, yeah, the staff is extremely rude. Coming from me, that means a lot, because I understand minimum wage workers aren't paid enough to be cheery all the time. She was literally awful, dull monotonous voice, not confirming our order over the speaker, and rushed us ahead without letting us order the rest of our meal. When we got to the window, she didn't speak to us at all, and slammed the window closed between interactions. When we thanked her for the food, she didn't reply and once again slammed it in our face.Checked our food and the two food items were in fact there, but she gave us full sugar coke which my partner can't drink. The food was sad and soggy, but not the worst I've gotten. Ended up going to McDonald's for my partner's meal and drink.Trust the reviews with this one. It's not worth it.
