The Decor looks So Authentic you think it must have been here since the late '50s BUT the "Diner Decor" was just started some 3 or 4 years ago! With LOTS of help from locals & friends willing to donate genuine memorabilia leftovers from their youth! To The Food: the menu looks like the original pages from the '50s. . . and the Taste is genuine "Down Home". . . we will have to go back many times so we can enjoy more of the wide variety of offerings! More to add. . . have to download photos. . . SORRY, couldn't attach the photos... watch for a later review.
Very generous portions, very good prices. Burger was a bit sloppy but I still very much enjoyed it.The sermon was unexpected but not detrimental.Service was a tad delayed but they were clear to us they were short staffed so no worries.Worth the wait, give them a try!
The 50's decor and retro atmosphere is friendly and appealing. The service is friendly and the burgers and shakes are top notch ?.
great food! great atmosphere and karaoke was a blast!!!
Dave made the best licorice milkshake I’ve ever had. The food was also good, and ample portions.
This place is a lot of fun for those who enjoy their rock'n'roll history. The walls are lined with 45s and album covers from Ricky Nelson and Connie Francis as well as photos of movie stars like Audrey Hepburn. There are model cars around the booths and 2 partial cars coming out of the walls. That's the decor. The menu is back to the 50's in some ways too, with burgers, fries, onion rings and milk shakes available on a wide ranging menu selection with everything from sandwiches to roast dinners. The food was terrific, the pricing moderate and the decor a lot of fun. They even have an Elvis gold record, (but you'll have to go to find out which one). Bop along with the music while you enjoy your meal. Not quite Pulp Fuction but a worthy effort for a casual meal out.
A great restaurant if you wanna take someone out for a fun experience. Reasonable prices. Greasy diner type of food so if you're looking for health food I'd probably go elsewhere but if you're looking to have some good old American style food then it's a great place to go. The music was great especially if you like oldies and there's tons to look at on the walls while you wait for your order. It sounds like they also donate to the community which also made me feel good eating there. The only thing I'll add is that service is a bit slow (a lot) so I wouldn't go if you're in a hurry but if you aren't in any rush and just want to sit down in a fun atmosphere for some good food then this is a great place. Ok ... The last thing I'll add is that it's also a great place to bring kids (old and young) for a shake, ice cream or a dessert. My 5 year old had the kids size ice cream which was a scoop of ice cream (I think they had 18 flavors to choose from that day) and it was topped with whipped cream, gummy candies and cotton candy (for $3!). Now what kid wouldn't love that! We'll definitely be going back!
Awesome family run 50’s diner. Burgers are huge, juicy, fresh, incredible! The Reuben sandwich is a classic — just as you’d expect it to be; very well constructed (didn’t fall apart), juicy, crispy, cheesy and excellent! Wings were just perfect. Brogan’s has their classic diner comfort food nailed solid. The staff are family, incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are toys and cool memorabilia everywhere, which makes for a perfect fun ambiance! We went here for Mothers Day, and were absolutely stuffed silly! Definitely will be back when we are passing thru Langley! I particularly recommend the Boss Burger platter!
Really cool 50's vibe dinerA bit slow service on a Sunday afternoon but the half size nachos I share with my husband were really delicious!Huge menu with all day breakfast... milkshakes with cotton candy hiring hanging off it and the burgers and fries look delicious we'll have to try next time
Their food is so tasty. Each time we go we bring new friends to recruit them to this place. We have never left disappointed! They also care for the community in need. I could on and on. Keep doing what your doing Brogan’s and don’t changes!!!
