Food was good but nothing to boast about. However the whiskey sour that was ordered was terrible. $6.99 for 4 sips and ice. Just ice. The meal lost a star for that alone.
I ordered steak and spaghetti meal, and the steak tested burnt, literally killed my appetite. The server was extremely nice and she offered new one but I said no as it killed my appetite , I didn’t even ask to take it off the bill. And the manager took off $10 off the bill, so i felt insulted from management since the manager didn’t just remove the entire meal that wasn’t even touched. Didn’t need the $10 off. Don’t recommend this location.
I love your food and service. I’ve had some of the best servers here. Your pasta and shrimp tacos are my go to’s and they’re great and if done wrong its usually a quick fix.The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I’ve been asking this for years but the women’s washrooms needs a garbage in EVERY STALL!!!! I hate having to bring my hygiene product that are not clean out of the stall to go in garbage. Tbh it’s just gross. And I’ve seen them forgotten and I know no one wants to deal with that. Please fix this issue!!!!
Cook was definitely not in the mood. First undercooked cactus cuts and then they cooked same one again and overcooked it. They shouldn’t have served it. No quality check. Not worth the money. This place is a disappointment as other Boston Pizzas are at totally different quality level.
Must be new owners used to come in with my wife couple months back great food great service was one of our favourite places however I visited yesterday one of the worst experiences I had, chicken parm was raw server didn’t even care to ask us if I would want something else, management didn’t even bother to come over the lady just stood and stared at us definitely new faces around working...still charged me for the dang thing. The whole atmosphere of this place feels like the life is sucked out of it. I don’t know what happened to this place completely horrible!
Last Thursday, I came into Boston pizza for dinner in the evening. The food looked incredible but the service was horrendous. We were served by Jessica. A foul smell which had a resemblance to fecal matter was being emitted whenever our server came by. Initially I thought the restaurant environment had a bad smell however, the smell only came about when she was around. I was absolutely disgusted along with my dinner guests. It was so bad to the point it was nauseating. I observed other servers spraying some sort of cologne-like bottle in the walkway and a cook was seen pinching his nose, further confirming my suspicion. The food looked delicious and I wish I could have enjoyed it but when your server is not practicing self hygiene, it was near impossible.
It's really unacceptable.I ordered custom SPAGETTI with Mushroom, Salmon, and Creamy Alfredo Sauce. Kitchen made me Fettuccine instead. The Fettuccine was uncooked. Salmon was too dry and tasteless. And I didn't even taste any creamy on the sauce. The only thing I could have that was mushroom. Spending almost $30 for only mushroom, that is so funny.
I asked for extra pizza sauce on both pizza's. I did not think they would drown the pizza's in paste!Absolutely disgusting! We will never order or even go to Boston Pizza again.
Always a good time here. The staff and owners are very nice and accommodating. My kids love coming here so we visit often. The food is always on point. And who can forget the best cake you will ever have, the Chocolate Explosion (pro tip, get it with a side of ice cream). The Memphis chicken burger is becoming a favorite of mine as well.
Came here yesterday and don't plan on returning. My friend asked for weekly specials and she told him it was Pasta Tuesday, and there was also a huge Pasta Tuesday sign right next to our table so I didn't really question it when she said that. If someone tells you what day it is and it's the middle of the week and you aren't really paying attention, you're gonna believe them.So when it came time to pay our bills, the server hands us bills with regular pasta prices on them - I bring it up to her and she goes to "ask someone". She comes back and says unfortunately it's Wednesday. Again, none of us really questioned it because we all thought, hey yeah it's Tuesday. She made no attempt to fix the prices despite it being HER mistake for misleading us, and we just had to pay for our overpriced, bland pasta that we wouldn't even have ordered had she not said it was Pasta Tuesday.I've been a server for years, and if I make a mistake, the customer sure as hell wouldn't be paying for it. Also, she began telling us they were closed (not closing - closed) at 9:40pm when we had just brought us our dessert a few minutes prior. I understand not wanting to stay past closing, but please just give your customers time to eat their dessert without breathing down their necks, and rest assured they will leave on time.Absolutely abysmal food and even worse service. Maybe have front of house and back of house switch roles, might even make for a better experience.
