Poor customer service I had to ask if they were open after standing for a couple of minutes watching three staff standing talking without acknowledging me a customer
Always super friendly and quick! They also write these cute messages on their cups which put a smile every time I take a sip! Great reminder!

Just moved to Langley first time at this location and definitely the last time. The food service counter was so dirty. It should never look like that. 3 young ladies all standing around talking when there's obviously cleaning to do.
extremely disappointed. i call here monthly to pick up smoothies and spend a lot of money here. i called the phone number today and she said "you've literally called me 4 times". i did call three times, because she declined twice and it went to voicemail the third time. won't be back
The person at the counter was very friendly, They have a sign specifying understaffed that is a pain many businesses are suffering. The drinks were great and food with very good flavour. It would be good that other customers understand the great effort business owners have to face with issues with staff instead of adding bad reviews when you can see how much work they put in.

EDIT: 10/30/21 Thank-you to the Owner and Staff to resolve this issue. I dropped by today and my experience was great! The staff even made sure the smoothie was up to my liking before leaving the store and they explained how they are resolving the issue of those blueberries. I appreciate the quickness of response and how communicative the staff were about this previous issue.I look forward to buying smoothies from Booster as I used to work at one and sometimes miss the taste of the smoothies.Unfortunately I am disappointed with the quality of smoothies at this location. Order a Nuttin Better and Mind Over Matcha. Tasted like literal water and blueberries blended together. Had to reblend with more milk and matcha at home just to get a bit of flavour resembling how a Mind over Matcha is supposed to taste like. The Nuttin Better was so thick, my bf couldn’t even sip. Not impressed.
If you are thinking to order a meal from them, please reconsider. I think the portion size and the price are no match, considering the quality is not anything especial. This is the only reason they get 1Star!No comment on smoothies though, they may get a better rate on that.
