Baskin Robbins has been our goto ice cream parlour. They have amazing flavors and I love their every 31st special deal
We got a ‘buy one get one’ code in our email.Nowhere did it say anything about the type of cone you have to pick, so we chose waffle cones.Then when we go to pay, the staff told us that ‘sometimes that code does not work on waffle cones’We said ‘okay? So how do you fix it or make it work when it does this’ they just said ‘we don’t ’ and looked at us totally unwilling to fix or rectify it… so we left empty handed. (Having worked in the food industry I know there is a code you can override most coupon issues)I am super disappointed in this Baskin Robin. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this location as it didn’t seem like the staff showed any willingness to fix an issue that’s on their system.
Been going to grab ice cream here with my dad when I was a kid and now I get to bring my kid! Be prepared, there is usually a line but I think it's worth it.Minus a star because they were out of waffle cones.
Anyone know where you can get a good ice cream cake for Father's Day? They advertise the "grill" ice cream cakes IN THE STORE, at this location. When we asked if they had them the girl working simply said "No" After many questions (felt like a dentist pulling teeth ?) it seems they don't have 'em now and aren't gonna have them. But up comes the ad. Asked if another store has them, she suggested South Surrey might. (They don't) Staff working could not have been less helpful or appear less interested. Was considering buying a pint for ourselves but can't support this place.

Sometimes really good. The older lady that was there made one of the laziest ice cream I have had, and skimped on the ice cream and fudge like crazy. It all depends on who is helping you. Used to be reliably good, now its a coin toss.
Wish there where more Baskin Robbins, so nostalgic for me as I used to bike to my local Baskin Robbins in Delta. I drive 20 minutes to get ice cream here.Service is fantastic, selection is always great. Love their Peanut butter and Chocolate.

Went there at 9:20 and they were almost closed ,the two ladies let us in and served us.Great experience and customer service, though I wouldn't have been upset if they turned us away since it was almost closing.
